George, with Roofing Ranger, was effective in being straight forward that based on experience and expertise we would have minimal stress and effort in dealing with insurance throughout the claims process. "Funny timing. I asked Roofing Ranger to inspect a small area on my roof for a leak repair. Days later, we are planning a full roof replacement after recorded hail damage from exactly 1 year ago discovered/demonstrated by Roofing Ranger. In fact, I think I had only two days to make the claim before it expired. Bottom line, new roof and all I paid was the upgrade to a much better shingle. I've never filed an insurance claim before, but Taylor walked me through the process as best as he could(rather complicated), answered my questions and provided some options. He and his crew did a fantastic job. He was able to even secure additional funds from insurance to replace my gutters, downspouts, among other wise upgrades. His crews also performed some interior work from the leak damage, and also re-stained my fence. Really good service, accommodating and patient!"

They do an excellent job of helping you communicate with insurance, and advocating for you so that insurance is held accountable to their end of the bargain. I had previously been low balled by insurance, and DFW helped me receive a full roof replacement, where insurance was previously trying to only cover a patch job, even though the rest of my street had their roofs replaced after a windstorm for which my house was the most exposed to the wind and most damaged.
