I would strongly recommend Ultra Roofing. They did a great job replacing my old gravel roof with an immaculate flat-roof TPO system. It is a residential property but the flat roof is large and complex, bordering on a commercial scale project. Austin and team were very responsive, careful and skilled and they went the extra mile to ensure that the finished product is immaculate. It has been a little over a month since the job was finished and we’ve certainly had some testing weather and all is good. I am confident this TPO flat-roof system will stand the test of time. Austin Gunn is one of those rare folks who understands that long-term relationships are worth more than short-term revenue. He tells the truth, even when it doesn't benefit him financially, and that's a big reason I've come to trust him.

The roofing world can be full of high-pressure sales tactics, but Austin's approach is refreshingly different. He educates, advises, and lets people make informed decisions. Sometimes that means a smaller invoice for him, but it almost always means a better outcome for the client.

After recent storms in the area, Austin was doing checks on houses in the area to look for roof damage.  I did not know that the storms qualified for possible insurance claims.  Austin, helped us with the insurance company and worked through the entire process to the actual completion of the new roof and gutters.  He was truly professional from start to finish.  Thank You...
