We reserve the right to refuse the claim.
Does Directorii cover product failures?
Yes, if a manufacturer wrongly denies your claim, or 60 days pass without a response from the manufacturer. Directorii won't provide coverage until you properly tell the manufacturer about the problem and try to get manufacturer’s coverage.
To get coverage for this product defect guarantee, you must agree to give Directorii all rights to the claim or let Directorii act on your behalf. Any money recovered will go to Directorii for their services.
