Cody inspected the roof replacement job of another roofing company that cut corners and omitted parts of the contract. His report included detailed pictures and provided the evidence needed for them (the bad roofing company) to fix their errors and messy work.  Cody helped me to prioritize issues and develop work-around solutions as well. Cody is an excellent communicator and provided valuable information that saved me thousands of dollars in repair.
