"We didn't realize that every 3 years the roof needs maintenance. Rusting nails need to be sealed, crevices addressed, etc. We discovered this when we bought our house and the inspector caught it. We were so impressed with the Elite Roofers consultant/inspector as well as the technician. They were both polite, smart and very professional. They educated us. We feel so much better about our roof. We won't go to anyone else. We will have them inspect our roof in 3 years as suggested. I am telling our neighbors they need roof maintenance! I had no idea! "We were so happy with Elite roofers. Robert came to give an estimate. He was thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. And he was very kind. He explained how it worked if we wanted his help submitting to insurance. He did help with that, but our deductible was higher than the cost of the roof so we didn’t make a claim. Sandra was wonderful helping me to pressure our HOA to approve the new roof (approve the color they had already governed 🤦🏻‍♀️). Ruben, Sergio, and Jonathan were very communicative on when they would be here (they were right on time!), what they would be doing, what to expect, and when to pay deposit and remaining money owed. They came back a few days after the roof was finished for an inspection. He noticed some caps on the vents needed to be changed and some of the finishing materials needed to be painted. Jonathan quickly returned to fix these last things. Susanna in customer service let me know about the inspection and then sent me all of the final paperwork including the roof warranty and certificate. I could not have asked for a better experience. "I've worked with a lot of contractors and Cody and his crew are top notch. I really appreciated Cody's clarity of service options, answering all my questions, consistent communication, and product options. We opted for solar reflective shingles (Warning!! insurance considers these super premium and will raise your rates!). We had to replace our entire roof due to our new insurance canceling on us. During his estimate inspection, Cody alerted me that due to the age of our home, we'd likely have to repair or replace the deck boards. It turned out to be much more extensive and he didn't increase the project cost too much. The quality of the roof work is excellent and they solved a leaky back patio aluminum roof! "I hired Integris for a roof replacement and had a great experience from start to finish! The owner, Cody, was super responsive and I never once felt like I had to chase him down to get in contact with him. When I originally reached out, Cody was able to meet me at my home the very same day to run an inspection and talk about all of my options. From inspection all the way through to completion, Cody stayed responsive and responsible about letting me know when updates occurred. He flew a drone around my property to inspect the roof from every angle, explained my replacement options clearly, and made sure I always understood exactly what I’d be paying for. Once the day of my replacement arrived, the crew worked smoothly and efficiently, and they had a project manager on-site the entire time to handle traffic, coms with my neighbors, and generally just ensure that everything ran well. I also appreciated the protective netting they put up around my house to safeguard my A/C unit and landscaping. One thing I especially appreciated was Integris’ experience with three-story+ homes. Other roofers I had come by for quotes seemed to struggle with my home being a three-story and they expressed as such, but for Cody and his team, it was no issue at all. "Daniel came by my house as he knew previous strong storms had damaged many roofs in my neighborhood. He asked if he could inspect my roof so I agreed. We put the claim through my insurance and they sent am adjuster. His count was way off from what Daniel counted on the shingles missing. My insurance denied the claim so Daniel asked for them to send an engineer. A manager came out and walked my roof with Daniel and counted the same missing as Daniel. The next day the claim was approved. The process took 6-7 weeks because my insurance took 2 weeks before they sent someone out, then they had to send another person out. After it was approved, Daniel’s crew did a great job in removing the solar panels, installing the new roof, replacing the panels and installing new 6 inch gutters. I’m very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend Daniel Huerta with Storm Choice Roofing and his crew."

Eternity Roofing came out right away and protected my home with tarps and immediately started the process of working with my insurance.
