"My roof looks beautiful! The roofers worked fast. They finished the job in 1 day. They arrived around 7am and were finished around 4pm. The crew was professional and were willing to answer any and all questions that my husband and my neighbor asked them about the job. The clean up was great. There were absolutely no nails or trash left in our yard. All driveways, walkways, and decks were swept or blown. Anthony provided excellent samples of roofing choices and colors to choose from made by different companies. Different options for financing were offered. In addition, Universal Roofing even filed the permits that the HOA needed. Jennifer and Andy in the office kept us informed regarding next steps. So through clear communication, we were always in the loop. This is how I like to do business. "We didn't realize that every 3 years the roof needs maintenance. Rusting nails need to be sealed, crevices addressed, etc. We discovered this when we bought our house and the inspector caught it. We had a few post-job repairs (gutters). They responded promptly with solutions. Many companies are great at sales, but many fall short post-job. These guys did not! "We were so happy with Elite roofers. Robert came to give an estimate. He was thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. And he was very kind. He explained how it worked if we wanted his help submitting to insurance. He did help with that, but our deductible was higher than the cost of the roof so we didn’t make a claim. Sandra was wonderful helping me to pressure our HOA to approve the new roof (approve the color they had already governed 🤦🏻‍♀️). Ruben, Sergio, and Jonathan were very communicative on when they would be here (they were right on time!), what they would be doing, what to expect, and when to pay deposit and remaining money owed. They came back a few days after the roof was finished for an inspection. He noticed some caps on the vents needed to be changed and some of the finishing materials needed to be painted. Jonathan quickly returned to fix these last things. Susanna in customer service let me know about the inspection and then sent me all of the final paperwork including the roof warranty and certificate. I could not have asked for a better experience. Elite Roofers is the way to go if you are needing a new roof!"

"After 18 years, three hurricanes, and multiple major wind storms and before I had solar panels installed, I needed a new roof for my house in The Woodlands. The company doing the solar installation recommended Texas Stag to me and who then provided me with multiple options. I met with the Texas Stag representative, Luis, who met with me and explained the options and then gave me a quote with what I wanted. Three days later the Texas Stag crew arrived at my house at 7 am and left at 5 pm. I had a brand new roof that looks amazing and I couldn’t tell that they had ever been at my house. Every piece of debris was gone, my lawn looked like it had the day before, and my drive way was completely clean. The owner, Cody, was super responsive and I never once felt like I had to chase him down to get in contact with him. When I originally reached out, Cody was able to meet me at my home the very same day to run an inspection and talk about all of my options.
