Roof Squad - A Professional and Reliable Roofing Experience!

After a sour experience with another roofing company that charged me in advance and then canceled my installation after a month, Roof Squad completely turned things around. From the moment I contacted them, they exceeded my expectations and provided by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had.

At the very beginning of the process, Tono Bogran, the sales representative, delivered a detailed report with pictures showing the state of my roof and pointing out the key issues that needed to be addressed. This thorough assessment gave me confidence from the start, and Tono’s dedication to clarity and transparency was unmatched. Even while on vacation, he never hesitated to answer my questions, remaining highly responsive and clear on every detail, from timelines to expectations.

Marcela Arita, the Customer Experience Coordinator, was equally impressive. She was always available to answer my questions and explain the details in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the choices we were making. Her knowledge and friendly approach truly made this experience smooth and stress-free.

The installation crew, led by Jonathan Ruano, was highly professional. They worked quickly but with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that both the shingle and TPO sections of the roof were installed perfectly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and it was clear they took great pride in delivering a quality result.  As an Interior designer, I pay a lot of attention to detail, and the Roof Squad installation crew, led by Jonathan, did not disappoint. Every time I had a question or made an observation, they were open and responsive, addressing my comments with a high level of professionalism. Their willingness to engage with my feedback and ensure everything was done to perfection really stood out.

My roof installation was complex, as it was on a 4th-floor roof, and even my skylight installer refused to take on the project. Roof Squad, however, stepped up and offered to handle the skylight installation as an additional service, saving me the headache of having to find another installer. Even though the skylight measurements were wrong, Roof Squad accommodated and adjusted everything to make it work perfectly, which was a huge relief.

What impressed me even more was the constant supervision throughout the project. Every day, someone from Roof Squad was on-site with drones, monitoring the progress and ensuring that everything was going according to plan. Their attention to detail and oversight gave me great peace of mind.

At the end of the project, Roof Squad delivered a comprehensive final report, complete with pictures of the installation process. This was an excellent touch, as it gave me a full visual understanding of the work done and added to my confidence in the quality of the installation.

Roof Squad’s ability to stick to the timeline they provided, their exceptional communication, and their willingness to go the extra mile set them apart. Fuming and seething with anger, I wouldn’t wish the Roof Squad on my worst enemy! Despite their exorbitant prices, we foolishly trusted their supposed reputation for workmanship, quality, and integrity. What a colossal mistake! They were a complete disaster from start to finish! They scheduled my roof replacement on a rainy day, tore off the entire roof, and let it rain into my house. My attic was drenched, and the damage to our ceilings, walls, and floors was catastrophic! When we demanded the supervisor and the quality control guy assess the damage, they did nothing but snap a few pictures and made empty promises. For nearly three weeks, we heard nothing from the company. And when they finally sent someone, all he did was show up with a paint bucket and brush, attempting to cover the damaged Sheetrock. We stopped him, fearing the now evident mold growth. Sure enough, we found mold throughout the damaged areas and had to endure two weeks of displacement for mold remediation.

But that’s not even the worst part of our Roof Squad nightmare! The company hired to fix the Sheetrock revealed our roof was poorly installed. Enraged and disgusted, we hired a third-party inspector who discovered numerous issues with our new roof: lumps, dents, spots where we could literally step through the shingle and sheathing, shingles peeling up, incorrectly installed gutter spouts and flashing, sheathing with no nails at all—the list goes on. This is just a fraction of the nightmare we endured with Roof Squad. Their level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is beyond belief! My advice? Stay away from this company at all costs! Spare yourself the misery, headaches, and stress...

I wish to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Tono Bogran my roofing coordination manager of Roof Squad of providing excellent coordination and excellent overall customer service. He did an excellent job in helping to complete the roofing project in a timely manner without any major issues. Besides providing an excellent customer service and total dedication to the roofing project, Mr. Tono Bogran was very customer friendly, supportive and totally focused on making sure that the customer is totally happy and satisfied with peace of mind that the project will be completed with good quality in a timely manner with customer satisfaction as planned by the roof squad team.
I also wish to thank Mr. Gustavo Venegas Sales Manager and
Mr. Arnold Antunez, Customer Experience Manager Roof Squad, in providing us excellent additional support and planning as and when needed on this project. I express my sincere thanks to all of them in providing excellent overall customer service.
