"I waited a year to review to see how the roof would hold up and if there would be issues, but it's doing great! Franklin and his team did a great job and all in one day to finish the project. Although they had to come back and fix the flashing on my chimney, there was a torential downpour and leaked into the house, which was the only way of knowing that. I was happy with the communication and response he gave to make sure the project was completed to my happiness. I had to push for a few pieces of wood replacement, cause the foreman didn't change them out during the tear down, but was happy when it was replaced and looked good as new. I did appreciate the updates on the project as his crew took pictures of every step, so even when I was at work, I can see what's going on. I also asked to keep the remainder of the material in case I need any patch work, cause you never know, the workers almost took it home. I would hire Franklin and his team again for the overall success of the job and fairness in price."
