We hired Top Rated Roofing to replace our roof and gutters with gutter guards. 8 man crew arrived at 6:30 am ready to work, had the old roof completely teared off with new 5 sheets of decking and new one roof and gutters installed by 3 pm. This also includes cleaning up every scrap and nail in the yard! Around 5 pm, Diter (owner) came by to make sure we are satisfied with their work and service! I HIGHLY recommend Top Rated Roofing! I recently found myself in an unexpected situation where I urgently needed a roof replacement. I contacted Top Rated Roofing, and they came out the very next day to give me a quote. Less than a week later, we were able to start the job with them.

They replaced my entire roof, and even fixed a hole where squirrels had been living. What really stood out to me was how clean and professional they were they cleaned up after every single day, leaving no nails or debris behind.

The team was very punctual, easy to communicate with, and even worked an extra day beyond the expected timeline just to make sure everything was perfect. Diter kept us in the loop all the time and was very responsive to our questions.

Everyone at this company has been extremely professional. Initially we met with John. He walked us through the issues on our roof and gave us all the options available. No pressure on what option to use. We appreciated his expert explanation of our issues and with our long term goal to stay in the home for many years we elected to replace the roof. Eric came out and explained the process for the replacement and was also very helpful and professional. When the job was done Ed came out again to walk us through the replacement and the plan to check the roof in 30 days. The crew that came to remove and reinstall the new roof was professional and proficient.
And the team that came and replaced the siding and trim did an amazing job. They worked hard all day and our new roof looks amazing. The clean up was done exceptionally well. Eric kept us up to date on when the install was happening and our payment options. All an all we had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this company...
