We recently hired NEAT Services Inc. for a major renovation in our home, including a full kitchen and laundry room gut remodel, renewing our hallway entry, as well as extensive skim coating and painting throughout several rooms. Having worked with them previously for our roofing needs, we already had high expectations, but they truly exceeded them this time around.

The quality of the work is top-notch. The kitchen transformation is incredible, the cabinetry installation and the large-format porcelain tiling are flawless. They also handled the skim coating in our living room and guest bedroom, turning old, uneven walls into a perfectly smooth, modern finish. They installed ceiling lights in our living room that look amazing.

What truly set NEAT Services apart, however, was their professionalism regarding our timeline. Camillo and Diego were outstanding at managing this project. We are expecting our first baby in April, which gave us a very tight and non-negotiable deadline to get the house "baby-ready." They were incredibly accommodating and sensitive to our situation. They maintained a consistent schedule, having the team work 9-to-5 every day to ensure the project stayed on track. Knowing we had a hard cutoff date, they managed the logistics of the demolition and construction with impressive efficiency, allowing us to focus on preparing for our new arrival rather than stressing over the renovation.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Neat Services on a full bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We recently bought 100 yr old multi family home. It needed total renovation. The team at Neat services listened to all of our concerns and over delivered!!
