From beginning to end, Walton contractors made the process super seamless!  Tony Reyes was super informative, HONEST, knowledgeable, helpful, followed up and through.  Amazing team, all around!  We are first time home owners and recently switched home owners insurance providers.  The inspection from the new provider returned that our roof was in need of repair, otherwise there would be a lapse in coverage.  I did a quick google search of local roofing contractors and the first result was Walton.  I left a message and was contacted and got inspection the same day!  Tony came out and confirmed there was evidence of hail damage and advised that we submit a claim to previous insurance provider. We are so glad we did because they covered the replacement of our entire roof!  We definitely got a great first impression and felt like Tony actually cared. Not only that, but they are currently working on supplementing the insurance to cover the entire siding of our home since it also has hail damage.  The team replaced the roof in just one day, definitely not compromising quality service and work. Tony came out after hours to ensure we were satisfied.  We were concerned about our skylight since there was a little debris and caulking that became unsettled.  Tony had his interior contractor come out to re-caulk and paint around it to ensure no future issues.  We 💯 recommend the Walton Contractor team for any exterior (and interior) needs!  You will NOT be disappointed! Everyone that I was in contact with was kind, friendly and efficient!  Thank you all...

Walton Contractors replaced our entire flat roof for our 3 story condo walkup in November 2023.

When Tony came over to perform an assessment of the old roof, and give an estimate, he was knowledgable and realistic for the work needed to be done. A few weeks later, the work for a full roof tear off and replacement began.

Our building's flat roof was a challenging situation that included a poor design and we had areas that the roof trusses had rotten out due to roof leaks from the old roof. Tony and his team were quick to assess the unforeseen damage and provide a cost-effective solution. The team was also skilled in cleaning up the old roof in a timely manner.

Tony and the work team conducted themselves in a professional and courtesy manner throughout, and were thoughtful to answer questions and explain the details during the process. The methods of payment for the work was simple and detail and documentation of the work order was also fantastic.

I'd recommend Walton Contractors for any roofing needs...

After a tornado toppled my chimney into my roof, Walton Contractors came to the rescue!! Within a week of being contacted, Walton had quoted out what was needed to structurally repair my roof along with the complete shingle replacement. Tony, from Walton, arranged a meeting with my insurer to review the shortfall in the adjusters numbers and fought for me when my insurer refused to provide the proper funding. Every step of the way Tony was in contact with me, explaining what was being done with the roof and with the insurance company. In the end my roof was fully repaired AND the insurance company conceded and paid. I recommend Walton Contractors to anyone who wants the job done right!!...
