"After 39 years of a Tudor style design, that was in much need of repair, we called Stan’s Roofing and Siding (recommended by our neighbor) We thought their estimate was fair and liked their customer service so much, we didn’t even get a second opinion. Luke sent us numerical design and color options. After many different renderings, we finally decided on James Hardie. Thank you Luke for being so patient with me during the decision process! Our project started in the fall and as excited as I was, I was very nervous of the change. Outcome: BEAUTIFUL! Everyone we had contact with was great. The crew was very hard working & efficient. Again, the end result was beautiful! A big update and improvement to our home. "I chose Advantex based off of a recommendation from my neighborhood FB group. Initially, the person that I spoke stated that he couldn't make it that day, but guess what he did and had an estimate emailed to me the same day. I'm bad at names so don't hold it against me. The salesman came out to collect payment, and in what probably should've been a 15-20 min visit turned into an hour and a half visit. It was great. It was like talking to my neighbor and getting caught up on things without being sold on extras that I wasn't looking for. During this conversation, we started talking about my deck, as he had went outside to take a look at what needed to repaired. He ended up being 2nd reason why I decided to choose Advantex to do my deck. The 1st reason was because of the young man who came out to repair my roof. He was quick but thorough. He gave explanations before he started and a walk through after he was finished. It was explained to me ahead of time that they would try to match the color to the repair part as much as possible, they did so good that I see a difference. The roofers work is what made me let the owner know that I wanted to proceed with an estimate of my deck. And when the salesman came out the second time, I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions and everything was explained in full detail. "Jajuan was the sales person came out we went on roof together shared knowledge. Was cut and dry the problem how to fix it and what he could do to make it better. Today second payment quote came thru was over priced by double i was shocked... Within five minutes communicated system problems it was wrong and a new one with correct numbers would be out later. Super smart and helpful. Workmanship clint fixed roof knocked on door I didnt answer was busy and I went outside once he started and he shared knowledge of what he was fixing and all. Finished product came home on lunch break from work and it was done looked great walked drive way for trash/nails it was super clean nothing went up and looked at work done very good and clean patch slope work."
