Total exterior was very professional from the sales man who gave us the quote , to scheduling the roof installation and gutter installation. We are remodeling a 170 year old farmhouse to a bed and breakfast , this house has historic status with the state of Wisconsin. The team communicated every step for this install. When on site the workers were very polite, and got right to work and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased with Total exteriors professional work, from top to bottom. I would highly recommend them for your next roof/gutter installation...

I contacted Total Exteriors because their website stated that they respond within a few hours.

> I needed replacement of a piece of siding that was at a height greater than I could reach with a step ladder.

> I made the first contact at 10:30 AM and they quickly responded, saying that a rep would be here by 2:30 PM.  Chad arrived at 1:00 PM and with the help of Adam, they had the piece replaced and they were on their way by 2:00 PM.
> They met my expectations and did a great job.  If the need arises, I'll contact Total Exteriors in the future...
