"Riedl & Son did a fantastic job with our detached garage re-siding. The staff and sub-contractors were very easy to work with and never pressured me in any way. I needed the siding to match the cedar shingles on the main house. The house shingles are in decent shape, but the garage shingles had rotted away in places and needed to be replaced. I wanted to find a product that matched the house shingles. After meeting with several contractors, Riedl gave me the best estimate and had a product that worked. It's been nice to work with a company local to Fort Atkinson, as my mother, who owns the 1929 house, grew up here and is very attached to the city. I appreciate being able to visit their Madison Avenue storefront to ask questions. I changed my mind about the scope of work a couple of times without a problem. Jessie, the owner, stopped by and persuaded me to include soffits and trim, and I'm really glad he did. He even included a decorative detail at no charge. The workers arrived on time and were friendly. They had to access my neighbors yard and did so respectfully. They even displayed a sense of humor with the Pink Panther insulating wrap. "I was in the area of the spring of 2025 hail damage. I called and spoke with Chad, he was rather responsive in coming out to my property to inspect and write up and quote. Materials were delivered within a few days and crew was out the next day. They took two days, my roof repair was a little more than they anticipated due to a skylight that was ordered and didn't fit. Chad went above and beyond to find one that fits and found a really nice skylight with a remote retractable shade! Super nice. My rubber roof (TPO) on my three season porch was installed in a timely fashion as well. That roof is more sound proof than the roof I had before! The clean up that crew did was great. Before I forget Chad did order the impact resistant shingles for me. I am working with my homeowners to see if I get a discount on my homeowners or not, Any ways I highly recommend Rooster! "After a very heavy downpour mixed with hail I had my roof inspected. They found hail damage not only to my roof but also to my aluminum siding. After my insurance company gave me the amount of my claim I began shopping for replacements. Boy, was I in for a shock. I had three different companies quote the job, but none of them came anywhere close to my insurance payoff. I don’t remember how I found Craftsman Exteriors, but I’m certainly glad I did. The owner came promptly to my home and matched the same products I saw offered by the other sellers at much more reasonable prices. I was impressed with his no pressure presentation, and realized that I had found my contractor. After a very acceptable time the roofing crew arrived, and in one day they completed the job with a perfect cleanup. The siding order took a little longer to arrive, but their installation crew arrived shortly after and completed the installation beautifully. Both roof and siding installations were done beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. Because of the high quality of their work I decided to have them replace my sliding deck door. "After the hale storm that tore through in April, we were a bit overwhelmed with the damage and the chaos that came from it. Scott reached out to me because I had requested an estimate a couple years before. It was a non intrusive text, which was welcome after how much my phone was going off. From the ground it didn't look bad, but there was tones of hale bruising, and I had 4 windows with extensive damage I didnt catch. Scott provided a bid, and met with my insurance adjuster. Insurance wanted to cover windows from a big box store; Scott fought for us to get us much better quality. The roofing crew made quick work of the project. Dispite starting 2 hours later than planned due to weather, and having to sheath the roof to bring it to code, they wee done before the sun was setting. Windows were done over two days, as well as some replacement of facia coverings due to the roof height changing. Overall, they made the challenges of working on a 160+ year house seem like a walk in the park. I won't hesitate to call Scott again when I am ready to go to the next stages of upgrading my home."

Cleanup was done upon completion of the job. Appreciated also was that they came after the job was completed to do an inspection.
