Roof Concepts Construction is a Spring, TX–based roofing contractor built around one core principle: help homeowners make the right roofing decision—repair or replacement—using real evidence, not sales pressure.

Founded in 2020, we specialize in storm-impacted residential roofing and insurance-related claims across Greater Houston. Our process is documentation-driven and inspection-first, designed to clearly show what’s damaged, what isn’t, and what actually makes sense for the property.

We primarily install asphalt shingle roofing systems and hold advanced manufacturer certifications, including TAMKO Pro Platinum and CertainTeed ShingleMaster. We work with Owens Corning and TAMKO materials and follow strict installation and verification standards on every project.

In addition to roofing, we take on select commercial and remodeling projects when they align with our quality and accountability standards—but roofing remains our focus.

Trey and Sam inspected my roof, as I knew there was a leak somewhere.  Its a metal roof.  They gave me several options on how best to fix the leak.  We all agreed it would be most beneficial to put a protecting coating over the metal, which landed me a 20 year warranty.  I had no clue that was even an option.  Great job by everyone on the RCC team...

I’d like to share my positive experience with the recent roof repair work by Roof Concepts Construction. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. The team took the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and what to expect, which made the entire process easy to understand and gave me confidence in the approach.
The quality of the work itself was very good. The repairs were carried out professionally and with attention to detail, and everything was completed in a tidy and efficient manner.
I especially appreciate that they were able to provide an intermediate solution before rain came to address the issue properly while planning for a permanent fix when the weather became better. This flexibility and quick response were very helpful and showed a practical, customer focused service...

My roof was eighteen years old and I decided that it was time to install a new roof.  I chose an IMPACT RESISTANT ROOF as it will withstand 130 mile per hour winds as well as most hail damage.
I obtained several bids on the job and considered several roofers.  Roof Concepts Construction stood out as being the most reliable in the bidding process and that gave me a better feeling.  The bids were all over the place and so I had to zone in on what was most important.  It took about three weeks for me to finally arrive at a decision and Roof Concepts was my choice.  One of the main things that led me to choose them was the fact that they hand nail rather than use a pneumatic nail gun.  They also seemed to be more clear about what they were going to do and their price was fair as compared with others.
I chose the right one as they performed just as they said they would.  On time, everything went well and they completed the job in a very professional manner and left a fantastic new roof.
I am very glad I chose Roof Concepts for the whole process from beginning to end was a very smooth one and the end product is just what I wanted.

RCC did a great job on my new roof! The project managers Trey and Sam were awesome and great at staying in touch with me throughout the build day, and the roofing crew were quick and efficient without sacrificing their quality of work. We installed rolled roofing on my back patio slope that had leaking before, and after the last rain came, I was finally able to enjoy my back patio without dodging raindrops ! The entire team was knowledgeable in explaining the whole insurance process as well - highly recommend...
