"My roof looks beautiful! The roofers worked fast. They finished the job in 1 day. They arrived around 7am and were finished around 4pm. The crew was professional and were willing to answer any and all questions that my husband and my neighbor asked them about the job. The clean up was great. There were absolutely no nails or trash left in our yard. All driveways, walkways, and decks were swept or blown. Anthony provided excellent samples of roofing choices and colors to choose from made by different companies. Different options for financing were offered. In addition, Universal Roofing even filed the permits that the HOA needed. Jennifer and Andy in the office kept us informed regarding next steps. "We were so happy with Elite roofers. Robert came to give an estimate. He was thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. And he was very kind. He explained how it worked if we wanted his help submitting to insurance. He did help with that, but our deductible was higher than the cost of the roof so we didn’t make a claim. Sandra was wonderful helping me to pressure our HOA to approve the new roof (approve the color they had already governed 🤦🏻‍♀️). Ruben, Sergio, and Jonathan were very communicative on when they would be here (they were right on time!), what they would be doing, what to expect, and when to pay deposit and remaining money owed. They came back a few days after the roof was finished for an inspection. He noticed some caps on the vents needed to be changed and some of the finishing materials needed to be painted. Jonathan quickly returned to fix these last things. Susanna in customer service let me know about the inspection and then sent me all of the final paperwork including the roof warranty and certificate. I could not have asked for a better experience. "I'm very happy with the quality of my roof installation. I began looking for a roof replacement back in May of 2025. I went through six different quality roofing companies before deciding to go with Elite Roofers. I went with CertainTeed Pro shingle, with a upgrade in the underlayment and ridge caps. Elite Roofers price was equal to or less than the six other companies. Also, they included lead bullets, with nail shanks at no extra charge. Several companies wanted to charge me up a grade on these on these items. The process started by me meeting with the sales rep Robert who was very good. Robert took time to go through all my questions and supplied my with quality samples of what I requested. The install 5,000 sq ft roof went perfect with a 15-20 man crew, so it was done in on day. The mangers on site Ruben and Johnathan where present at all times and answered all question and gave me updates throughout the process. The work crew was exceptional. My wife and I were amazed with how the crew stripped down the roof and rebuild. The workers worked very well together, everyone knowing there job assignments. I spoke with the owner Jorden through the entire process and could not be happier of his professionalism and knowledge of the roofing business. Jordan assisted Robert in giving a great price on my installation and quality of the roofing products. Elite Roofers are certified installers with A+ with the BBB. Shout out to all the ladies in the office who also was very professional, assisted me in the paper work side of things. They were always a pleasure in answering all questions."

We all agreed it would be most beneficial to put a protecting coating over the metal, which landed me a 20 year warranty. I had no clue that was even an option. Our agent emailed us and told us it we didn't replace our 25 year old roof, we would not be renewed. We contacted RCC for a quote and Trey came out and informed us we had an opportunity for a claim. They asked for our insurance policy info and handled it all from there. It was approved and settled and they sent Sam out with a 9-man crew to complete the job in ONE DAY. "After 18 years, three hurricanes, and multiple major wind storms and before I had solar panels installed, I needed a new roof for my house in The Woodlands. The company doing the solar installation recommended Texas Stag to me and who then provided me with multiple options. I met with the Texas Stag representative, Luis, who met with me and explained the options and then gave me a quote with what I wanted. Three days later the Texas Stag crew arrived at my house at 7 am and left at 5 pm. I had a brand new roof that looks amazing and I couldn’t tell that they had ever been at my house. "I Called STX Roofing for a proposal to replace my roof (after doing a massive amount of review reading on roofing contractors). Josh showed at the time I was told and surveyed my roof situation. He worked up a proposal AND incorporated all of the items on my want list with no problems. The roofing crew showed up on the scheduled day and started removing the old roofing and installing the new roofing material. All of the roofing crew were extremely proficient and did an excellent roofing job. All of my outside appliances and slate patio were covered to prevent collateral damage. They cleaned the site during the installation process and then again at the end of the roofing job - all trash and nails removed. This roofing project was completed in approximately 9 hours (59 squares). During this roofing process Josh, Russell and Weston were also on site to oversee this job. I would recommend STX roofing for any of your roofing needs and I would use them again if needed."

The solar panel company caused some minor damage under one of the panel when reinstalling them. That was discovered recently. Blue Ribbon coordinated with the solar panel company and got it fixed. My wife made the choice of using Blue Ribbon after Steve came out a couple of years ago and looked at our roof with the recommendation that the roof was aging but serviceable. My wife kept his business card with the annotation on the back "Honest answers". When the recent storms, heavy rain, wind and large hail hit the aging roof and a leak or two developed, she said call this number and have Steve come back. "I hired Integris for a roof replacement and had a great experience from start to finish! The owner, Cody, was super responsive and I never once felt like I had to chase him down to get in contact with him. When I originally reached out, Cody was able to meet me at my home the very same day to run an inspection and talk about all of my options. From inspection all the way through to completion, Cody stayed responsive and responsible about letting me know when updates occurred. He flew a drone around my property to inspect the roof from every angle, explained my replacement options clearly, and made sure I always understood exactly what I’d be paying for.
