I want to thank the entire team at Elite Roofers for their customer service, timelines, and level of professionalism throughout my experience.  Context.  I noticed Saturday morning that a tree limb had punctured a whole in my roof. I made a couple phone calls to some area roofers that same morning and was able to reach Elite Roofers and schedule an appointment that same day.  Roberto was very professional and thorough going over my roof and addressing all of my questions and concerns. The quote was emailed to me a day earlier (originally promised on Monday) and Elite Roofers responded back the same to my edits regarding the quote. That Monday, I spoke with Kat and added me to schedule to make the repairs on Wednesday. Elite Roofers as promised arrived at my house that Wednesday at 7AM. The work performed was excellent and very detailed oriented as I received a link containing several photos of the work while in progress and also completed. Jordan from Elite Roofers called me shortly after the work was completed, and I shared with him what a wonderful experience I had with Elite Roofers. I want to personally congratulate everyone at Elite Roofers for being recognized as 2024 Best of The Woodlands—definitely well deserved. Post Pandemic, there seems to be a lack of engagement and customer service but Elite Roofers has really demonstrated to me what a well run and managed business looks like and it’s foundation for success today and beyond will always be the people at Elite Roofers.  Again. Many thanks Elite for everything you do for your customers and the community you serve.  Much appreciated!

We were pleased how company GM Jordan Felder handled the business scheduling a project supervisor Ruben visit one of our properties today. He was able to get us an estimate to replace our roof on a short notice and even do some maintenance of our leaking pipe jacks on the steep roof for the time being. Ruben was very thorough inspecting our roof with a drone and found our chimney cap was failing, which we could not have known without them using such equipment. The pictures that were uploaded for us are great and the company did their best to show their superb customer service. We appreciate it...

Thanks to all the great people who work at Elite Roofers. Great pricing, great attitudes from the time we called to the time they Finnished the job. These guys do exactly what they say they are going to do, and go beyond. When I called on a Sunday they actually called me back on the same day, I wasn't expecting a call on the same day. Mrs Cat and Larry were very respectful and very knowledgeable with all my crazy questions. I will definitely use Elite Roofers again when we need roofing done in the near future. I couldn’t be happier with this company. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the process of getting our roof replaced. Larry took his time to explain the step by step of what to expect from time of inspection, approval, replacement, and last touch ups. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
