Nathan and Tejas Roofworks are completely professional and really really good at what they do. I needed a new roof put on my building and I am so thoroughly pleased with the job they did. I have had so many contractors in the past promise and not deliver or get paid, run and just disappear. Tejas Roofworks has me dry in a downpour and fixed issues that had been ongoing for years. Overall, the experience was very good. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process of roof replacement. I enjoyed interacting with the construction crew, they had a good sense of humor and did a great job. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly, and addressed any concern I had. Tejas Roofworks made the entire roofing and insurance process so smooth. They were patient, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Marco was our initial contact and walked our home with the insurance adjuster. Jared was responsive and the entire customer service team was kind and accommodating.
