"Tim is absolutely fantastic and the only contractor I will use from here on out! I'm not quick to trust as there are many shady contractors out there but he has definitely earned my trust! He came out the very next morning and got tarp put up on the roof to to prevent any leaks. I was devastated when my home, that I've owned for less than a year, was destroyed by hail but he did an excellent job at putting my mind at ease and making me feel much better about the entire situation. He was there for me throughout the entire process, answered my many phone calls, texts, and questions, even if it was 10 o'clock at night! Unfortunately, I had a very difficult adjuster but Tim worked diligently, going back and forth with him for days to get everything added to the insurance claim and showed up the day of the inspection to make sure they didn't miss anything. Even when they ran into issues with my decking after removing the old shingles, and the adjuster refused to add the necessary replacements to the claim, he took care of it and did not charge us more money!
