From the initial phone call and consultation, to the final installation, my experience with Balcones Roofing & Remodeling was nothing short of exceptional. The owner, Karl, along with his brother Kevin, always displayed a dedication to their work. It was evident that they not only take pride in what they do but also in the quality of the materials they use.

What stood out the most was the care the Balcones team took to ensure everything was to a high standard.  They continually demonstrated that they are not looking to cut corners. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to address any concerns I had. The foreman, Jorge, deserves a special mention for his work ethic, attention to detail and his commitment to delivering the results.

This teams professionalism and passion for what they were doing was obvious through every interaction we had, making me confident in their services. It's rare to find a contractor so committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. As long as they can maintain this approach, and it is difficult to do, they will continue to be a great success.

I had a wonderful experience with Balcones Roofing and Remodeling. My house was on the market and due to hail damage the buyer was requiring a replacement in advance of the sale, which was only a few weeks out. Balcones came out quickly to perform an assessment. This company is owned and operated locally, by a team of brothers - Karl, Kyle and Kevin provide amazing service. They filled out the insurance form to start my claim, and provided a large slate of photos to support it. They were very responsive to my questions and needs in order to get my house closed. They even went above and beyond and helped me remove some heavy items from my attic. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend them when it's your turn to get a new roof...

Balcones Roofing & Remodeling put a new roof on our house in November of 2023 after the September 2023 hail storm.  We got three estimates and Karl was the last roofer we talked to and he just wowed us.  We knew immediately that he, his two brothers, and their family owned company, were the right people for the job.  They are very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough.  We loved their down-to-earth manner and sincere honesty. Balcones also made some long awaited repairs to our chimney and installed some gutters.  We are extremely pleased with all the work they did.  So much so that recommended them to a friend with complete confidence and trust.

Karl and the Team at Balconies Roofing was a very good choice! In my case I needed the plywood replaced along with new underlayment and shingles. I couldn't afford the F-Wave synthetic shingles but I asked Karl if he would use the StormGuard underlayment on the entire surface of the roof rather than standard procedure to use it around skylights and inside corners then underlay the rest with tar paper. This cost was about $700 more but literally gave me a thicker solid layer under the GAF Timberline shingles. I couldn't be more pleased; a great roof and in my price range!! We have had some hail since the project and I cannot not find a scratch ! Karl doesn't disappear when the job is complete he is responsive and comes back if there are any problems or concerns! What more could you ask for. I highly recommend Karl and Kevin they are legit professionals and will treat you like gold!!...
