"I cannot give enough kudos to Tarrytown Roofing for their fantastic work to repair my hail-damaged roof and gutters. Jeffrey and team promptly responded to my request to inspect damage from the May 2025 hail storm, which decimated my home with 3"-4" hail stones. They worked directly with my insurance company to get me the most value from my policy, including meeting with my adjustor and actually getting up on the roof to inspect damage (instead of just sending up a drone). Everything was communicated to me clearly with plenty of advance heads up. When the team arrived, they made sure to put down tarps and a pool cover, keeping my plants and garden safe from debris. I was amazed at how quickly the roof was replaced, with Jeffrey offering ideas on how to make the new roof look even better than the old one and spotting areas where I could make minor upgrades. "It's always stressful when your insurance company is forcing you to replace your roof or lose coverage. With that in mind I had to go out and find someone that would be able to come out and take a look at our roof and give us options and a quote. In order to take advantage of the discounts offered if we used Class 4 rated roofing solution I did a search online and checked Owens Corning's website. 787 Construction came up on the list and I had seen them pop up here on Google and other search engines. I saw many positive reviews so I decided to reach out. Matthew responded promptly and we set up an appointment to chat and get a quote. He took some pictures, wrote up a quote and went over other potential solutions aside from a total roof replacement. He also gave us options on financing. We took some time to look things over and look at other options but based on our conversation with Matthew we felt comfortable going with 787 Construction. Setting up a date for replacement was easy and they came out, cleared off the old shingles repaired some damage caused by squirrels, and put the new roof on. They were efficient, cleaned everything up and did a great job. There may be cheaper options out there but Matthew and 787 Construction are straight shooters. I am very happy with the work they did and the new roof looks great. I would have them come out again if I needed a roof replacement (God willing I hope not) and wholeheartedly recommend them."

"What an amazing and refreshing experience it was to work with 787 Construction!! Distressed and anxious upon finding a leak in my house, I called PreFix, who recommended 787 Construction for repairs. Wary about calling, as woman alone can be treated dismissively, I read about them online and found only great reviews. So, PreFix contacted them, and only ONE hour later, I got a call from Mariana at 787 Construction. Her friendly and caring attitude put me completely at ease, and she arranged for me to meet with Matthew in only two days’ time. He arrived punctually, with a friendly smile and such an aura of competence and professionalism, (which complemented what I’d felt talking to Mariana), that I knew immediately I’d made the right choice. As Matthew carefully examined the exterior and interior areas around the leak, I followed, asking questions, which he patiently and confidently answered. He was extremely knowledgeable about of every aspect of construction, even down to knowing the make and color of my roof shingles. He never hurried me and stayed until all my questions were answered. An estimate came 3 days later, and upon my approval, Mariana went to work fitting me into their schedule. When the work began, Matthew stayed in close communication with his crews. The roofing/siding crew came the first day, and worked diligently at tearing off & replacing damaged shingles & siding, installing new flashing, etc. Jax was also there, to consult and answer questions. When a problem arose, Jax, and Fidel discussed it and consulted with Matthew to arrive at a solution. The following day the interior work began. The crew equally skilled and resolute, removed and replaced damaged boards & sheetrock, and began the drywall repairs. They returned on a Saturday to texture & paint. On the final day the gutter crew arrived and they worked efficiently, replacing and repairing existing gutters. Working with Matthew and everyone at 787 Construction was incredible. "We had hail damage last fall and were working with a different company, but that did not work out. Then, we discovered balcones roofing. I am so glad that we found them! Kyle assisted us throughout the entire process; he was readily available for my questions, and for discussion about all parts of the job. We decided to go with fwave on our top roof, and metal on the first floor roof areas. They did a terrific job. It is the nicest roof we have ever owned, and it should last much longer than the asphalt shingles we have used in the past. Kevin assisted during the roof build out, and Karl assisted throughout the build from the office. My house was on the market and due to hail damage the buyer was requiring a replacement in advance of the sale, which was only a few weeks out. Balcones came out quickly to perform an assessment. This company is owned and operated locally, by a team of brothers - Karl, Kyle and Kevin provide amazing service. They filled out the insurance form to start my claim, and provided a large slate of photos to support it. They were very responsive to my questions and needs in order to get my house closed.
