JP Exteriors removed our old wood siding and installed James Hardie siding on our home. The process was started and completed within a month (even with cold-weather delays). We live two hours away from JP Exteriors, but they were willing to drive 2 hours away to Waco to do the job when other companies said no! We had looked at other companies but wanted a reputable company with extensive experience with James Hardie siding, and I found JP Exteriors on the JH website. The process was seamless from start to finish. Brandon provided a detailed estimate and walked us through various options that allowed us to make the best decision for our home (e.g., type of siding, paint). He even connected us with a Sherwin-Williams color consultant who helped us pick the exterior color of our house, which we love! JP Exteriors replaced all the old siding on our two-story house with James Hardie Board & Batten Cedarmill. We also had them install a new roof and gutters. I am somewhat of a perfectionist but was very favorably impressed with the workmanship shown by their crews and the impressive results. We worked with Matt in sales to specify most of the work details in the contract to include replacing soffits and light fixtures with newly purchased ones, replacing rotten fascia boards, siding over old unnecessary triangle gable vents, replacing an AC line chase cover and more. Manual, the project manager, did an excellent job for us and was very easy to work with. The two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint and the significant amount of caulking used produced a beautiful result that we are very proud of. JP Exteriors is an Elite contractor for James Hardie which reflects their experience and the warranty they were able to provide. The subsequent roofing and gutter work also went smoothly. This second crew installed pewter grey GAF Timberline shingles. Their flashing work around the chimney ended a water leak issue that we had and the existing ridge vent, drip edge, pipe jacks and boots were replaced as expected. The Senox gutters were then installed quickly and expertly by a third crew. The punch list for the whole project was handled by each of the crews and overseen by Gabe resulting in all the work being completed to our satisfaction. From the beginning of the project discussion to any concerns on the job or extras we asked for, everything was handled professionally with attention always being given to our requests, concerns or needs as a customer. Wanted to finally mention that we had two other quotes for the complete project, one which was significantly higher and the other only slightly higher in cost so we felt that we also got a good value for this job.
