With an almost 20 year roof, living in a damp forest, we knew it was time for a new roof.  Sam, the sales person, and Jeff, the project manager were very knowledgeable and professional.  They worked with our budget and timeframe.  Jeff even installed the solar tube himself during the work.  We keep thinking we've left the hallway light on!  Well worth the price, for the peace of mind of a great roof over our head.  Well done Ibex, thank you...

I am so glad I found Ibex roofing. Made the whole process from start to finish easy. Johnny my project manager Communicated every step taken and answered all my questions. I was able to get my new room within 2weeks. The project was set for 3days but only took 1day! I was quite impressed to say the least. Final product looks great...

Amazing experience with this company beginning to end. You never know what you are going to get with any sort of construction company and I guess I always hear horror stories so I am always weary but every step of the way I felt reassured and comfortable with this company. Jacob came out to do the estimate and was nothing but professional, kind, and informative. When he passed the job onto the project manager, Trevor, the good service continued. The level of professionalism continued. Very good communication, quick response time, took the time to answer questions, and at the end of the day the work was exceptionally done. I highly recommend working with this company for your roofing needs. As a part of my roofing job they also got my attic ventilation up to code, installed new gutters and got my insulation up to code. It felt full service! The roof was done in 2 days, gutters in one day, and insulation in less than a day. No disruption to me...

I spoke with a number of roofers before choosing IBEX for a reroofing job. IBEX seemed to have a reasonable price point (after promotional discounts), solid transferral warranty, and strong reviews. From signing the contract to reroofing the house only two took weeks. Trevor, the project manager, shifted another project to accommodate ours so we could get the work done while we were out of the house. He was very thorough when we had a walkthrough of the house - I showed him my areas of concern, he took good notes, and provided me with helpful guidance. Trevor also put a tarp on a suspected leak area in advance of rainy weather - no small feet given the 15:12 pitch of our roof. Throughout the process, he and I would speak daily and my feedback was always addressed. Frank, Francisco, and the team who reroofed the house did a phenomenal job. Our roof is very steep and has a 40 ft drop off the back side - the team navigated it with no problems. It was impressive to watch them scale the roof and I enjoyed working with them throughout the process - they were professional, efficient, and courteous. After a bunch of research, interviews with a number of roofers, and finally having a new roof, I’m very happy with my experience with IBEX...
