"This review is well-earned. I went through about 20 quotes before choosing Flow Roofing for my gutters. I asked a lot of detailed questions because I like to understand the technical side and avoid issues later. They answered every question thoughtfully and thoroughly. When the crew came onsite, we worked together to find the best way to distribute the water flow, and their collaborative approach really set them very apart. My only feedback is that the scheduling for the second half of the project could have been communicated more clearly. If I hadn’t done my homework upfront, it might have been more stressful. I shared this with them, and they appreciated the input and said they are working on improving scheduling going forward. I only mention this so future customers know if there are delays with scheduling, to not be a concern and they will definitely get back to you. After 4 or 5 people coming to my home, or knocking on the door with outrageous estimates, I had to pause a minute and put it off. Last month I called Tony after seeing an Ad pop up on my FB. Clicked the button to request an estimate, and within a few hours I received a phone call. We set an appointment and Tony and his brother Erick came out and assessed the project. Not only were they on time, it was a windy rainy day out and they still pulled out the ladder and walked my very pitchy roof. I chose Redbird Roofing because 1) Josh, the sales person, was honest and he listened to my needs and answered my questions 2) because they used Malarky roofing products which, to me, are the best, and 3) they offered a great warranty, used good plywood sheeting and valley metal for the roof valleys. "Lincoln Builders dba Redbird Roofing, Inc. via Courtney, kept in contact with us for scheduling, decisions and finishing touches! I had to customize this project after the initial bid for eyebrow intake ventilation of the attics above home & garage! Many phone calls, 3 days plus project work sign-off later on Friday October 17th, 2025 All Done!! Next day it POURED! Grateful for industrious, dedicated crews, project management and business ethics! Initial assessment & inspection by Logan found 2 OSB panels were warped with 3 panels showing moisture intrusion, cracked box exhaust vents, torn shingles, excessive grit loss etc. There was an intake vents issue with Logan's original estimate. We are the original home owners from 2003 and the builder had installed 2 x 4s at the bird block intake vents, between the trusses, potentially obstructing air flow as noted by the occupancy permit inspector in 2003. This compelled me to customize this project with additional ventilation. I opted for ridgepeak exhaust and additional eyebrow ventilation because our home is subject to long sunny exposure so next summer we'll feel the difference. Initial estimate Must include details such as number of vents, type & footage of underlayment, valley flashing and etc! Logan was VERY thorough with his inspection as he was the ONLY inspector to examine Both Attics, house and garage! His attitude and professional service was THE deciding factor in choosing REDBIRD ROOFING for our project! Brian and I finalized the project; Courtney was an Incomparable coordinator; Anthony was a focused, hands-on crew chief; Francisco was a dedicated team leader as were the capable Redbird Roofing associates! They did a wonderful job tearing off a couple layers of old shingles along with some original wood shingles in some parts of the roof, laying down and repairing the decking, and installing a modern roof on a house that needed an overhaul.
