Flow Roofing and Gutters has been an outstanding company to work with. I recently replaced my roof because it was time. From start to finish, communication was the number one priority. The office and everyone that I met in person has kept me updated on the progress. Any issues they ran into or any concerns were directed to me instantly.

The crew that worked on the roof were very fast, accurate, and extremely skilled. Quality was the name of the game. They also quickly cleaned up after the job was done. It'll look like a disaster in the beginning haha but don't worry, they will clean up at the end.

I also had a gutter replaced in the back and that was seamless. It was a different crew that installed the gutter on a different day. They were also very fast, accurate and skilled.

Nathan was the very first person that I met when I was considering a new roof and gutter. His customer service was top notch and I had a great time talking with him. He explained the tiers of the roof and what to expect. Katie, Cierra, and Dillion were my main point of contact via phone or text about everything from start to finish. This is where the communication came into play. Every update was given either by phone or text at the beginning or end of day. Jorge was also great. He walked me through the process when he got here and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones I had. He was a champ. I didn't feel any judgement from him at all. Kota was superb. He came by to do the final inspection and fixed up some odd bits here and there after completion and I greatly appreciated it. Kota had great customer service. I also didn't feel judged by him and he made me feel even more confident about the roof. He also came by with a powerful magnet to pick up any loose nails.

Overall the crew, staff and company have been phenomenal to work with. It was about quality. No shortcuts were taken. The speed came from the years of experience they all had.

If anyone is considering a new roof, gutter, cleaning or quote, I highly recommend Flow Roofing...

I have been working with several roofing companies in my line of work. One of the most responsive, professional, and expert companies has been Flow Roofing. So when it came to researching the contemplated roof replacement of my own house, they were naturally one of the three companies I contacted for a proposal.
From the prompt written proposal describing my options clearly, through the helpful follow ups, guidance, pro-active communication, the ease of reviewing and signing my contract, the accommodating scheduling, the thoughtful setup of their work area accommodating my family, the hard-working crew showing incredible pace, experience, and expertise, to the ultimate outcome of their work, Flow Roofing have exceeded every expectation. And all that with a smile on their faces.

My first experience with FR was Cierra, who was a total pro and got someone out to me right away. Verrill came out to investigate the leak in the back of my garage. It wasn’t immediately clear if it was roof damage from a recent storm, or from the unique patio canopy near the same area. Verrill immediately identified the problem area on the roof. Total pro. The cost of the repair would have been too much, and considering how old the roof was (25-27yrs old), I went for the “Best Value/Most Popular” full mid-priced option, and asked if they’d redo the canopy as well, together estimated at ~$19K.

Cierra was very helpful and offered discounts for various things, including financing some of the cost at 0%int (BEWARE, THOUGH, that the financing may NOT cover the whole amount—I only got 0% for 21mos on $10K, on a WF card, and no more than that, even w/ my credit rating over 800). That needs to be more transparent, and Cierra agreed).

Project managers Kota and Nathan were very helpful—especially Nathan, who was my main contact, and gave me SO MANY great answers to SO MANY questions I had. Kota helped as well, getting me an extra flapper vent installed for next-to-nothing (Cierra helped reduce the cost as well!) for a future bathroom fan project.

Dillon was the Project Coordinator and was always available and helpful as well—he even let me do the canopy demo myself to save money, when it was discovered that my existing frame was too rotten to use (increasing the price by ~$3K). It was also discovered that my roof had ZERO plywood on the cedar planks (with gaps in-between), so this increased my cost by another $6+K. $19+K became $29+K by the end of the project, but all the costs were essential, and they worked with me to keep them low as possible.

The roofing team with Rodrigo (lead), Santiago, Rogelio, and Leandro were fantastic and so hardworking—working some 11-12hr days, including a Saturday. Rodrigo even lent me his tools when I dismantled the old patio frame, and Santiago was the lead designer of the patio cover. He was amazing, thoughtful, and accommodating, solving problems left and right. I love the patio cover now and the TPO came out great. They did SO many extra little things that I begin to list, all coordinated by Nathan, who was my anchor throughout, with above and beyond recommendations and considerations. Ask for him...
