When looking for high-quality contractors and roofers, you’ll be very hard-pressed to find anyone better than Sean and his team  at Evolution Roofworks. Sean came highly recommended and I was fortunate enough to see two of the projects he just finished this year as well as my in-laws lived right across from the project so they were able to see the professionalism of their team

From the very beginning, the quality was noticeable. More than just giving me a cost for a roof. Sean went into the attic, found mold that I didn’t know existed and found That several ducts had come unattached over the last 20 years. They were quiet and they kept out property clean. They also installed protection netting on the sides of my house during the removal of my old roof to ensure there was no damage done to my property. They removed all nails and garbage from the site and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finish product.  The very best part is that I built amazing trust with Sean and his company. After giving me my original quote He came back and gave me an even better quote, even though I wasn’t asking for it.
Before the project started, I had some shingles on the side of my house that it become detached, and he came straight out to look at them and confirm that they just needed to be  repositioned.
Even on the last day when he came over to collect payment, he did a final check of my yard for any nails or debris.  His team had done such a great job. He only found one which is amazing considering how many nails are in a roofing project.

The best roofing company in town! I had a roof replacement at a home in Hillsboro.  Sean and his team were timely and very respectful.  They even credited me some money back when they noticed a section was easier than expected.  If you’ve ever had a roof replacement you know that is unheard of.  I am beyond impressed with the Costco/ Nordstrom level of customer service!  I will be using them for all my roofing needs going forward...

I recently finished up a small project on my roof. After waking up during a rainstorm and noticing a leak, Sean came out and gave me his expert opinion, walking me through the condition of the entire roof. He provided a thorough assessment with multiple options, and I never felt any pressure to do a full replacement. Sean kept in touch a few days before the project started and showed up exactly when he said he would. If you need your roof looked at, Evolution Roof Works is a great place to start...
