Sean and his team were outstanding.  He was patient and answered all our questions.  He took the time to draw out a proposal for extra ventilation that we needed.   They finished the project on-time and our neighbors commented on how respectful and friendly the crew was.  Sean was available during the process to answer questions as needed.   A professional with integrity.  I highly recommend Evolution RoofWorks and would not hesitate to use them again...

Evolution Roofworks treated the moss and algae on my roof, cleaned my gutters, installed 5 stem vents, 5 box vents and an edge vent. I had Sean (owner) checked my attic for leaks and he found I had mold in my attic space. I am very thankful that he discovered this as I was able to have the mold taken care of straight away.  Sean installed new vents to allow for more ventilation to prevent future molds.

Sean and his team did a wonderful job with my roof. They went beyond and fixed any issues that they saw on my roof.   Sean was very communicative and responsive to my phone calls and messages. He was very professional and respectful and was so pleasant to work with.

I am very pleased with the work that he and his team had done. I would definitely highly recommend Evolution Roofworks for all your roofing needs...
