You will be in good hands with Roof Detective! When my family noticed a leak in the ceiling, we were worried about who to contract and what the price would be. Fortunately, a number of our friends recommended Roof Detective to me. I'm so glad they did! Roof Detective were on the scene the same day that I called. I couldn't recommend working with Shane Sparks enough. Shane did a thorough job inspecting and documenting the damage. Reaching an agreement with our homeowner's insurance took extra persistence. Shane and the Roof Detective team were committed to getting me the full insurance coverage that I was due. In the end, they were successful and I paid only my deductible out of pocket. Given that Roof Detective would have received payment either way (through my family's budget or through insurance) we were grateful they made the extra effort to help us with our insurance claim. Shane was communicative and patient throughout the process. Once the paperwork was in order, the process of having the roof replaced was a breeze. The crew completed the task in one day and left no trace behind, except a sturdy leak-free roof! Roof Detective felt like a partner in the whole process. Highly recommend...

The Roof Defective was very professional, They cleaned up everything like they weren't even there.They also did quality work. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. They completed, roofing, siding, and gutters. They handled all the work with our insurance company too. Our sales rep Shawn was a tremendous help. I recently purchased a house, and as a part of my inspection I got in touch with Shane to come out and take a look at the roof and siding and to give me a quote for repairs.
