"In a time that we were most stressed and vulnerable due to the April hail storms Fahey Roofing really stepped up! We had many companies banging on our door, multiple times trying to force us to use them for restoration and we really had no clue how to go about getting all the damages repaired. Josh Fahey himself made multiple visits to our home to answer any questions and made us feel ease about the processes. Once we had signed contracts with them, Damen was there to hold our hand every step of the way. If anything was less than perfect, they would make sure it was fixed to our expectations as soon as they possibly could. All of the repairs took months, but I was happy to see that once they started our project they did not rush through it and then move along to the next like I saw many other companies do. They made sure the weather was as good as it can be and then make sure to do things as I requested or would explain to me the more correct way. He sat with me to go over his "short" issues video, it was 7 minutes, and discussed our options. "We suffered storm damage to our original siding at the end of December 2024. With a lot of snow on the ground, Kendall braved the single-digits to come out and meet me to get the ball rolling on repairs (I contacted 4 other places - none of whom came out for estimates). Kendall helped us understand the ins and outs of what to expect with the insurance process. He was a pleasure to work with; my kids wouldn't let him go without talking about various shows and toys! Andrew helped us with the financial questions and was very easy to get a hold of. I think he was the one that also found example houses in the area with the style and colors we were most interested in - this makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! A couple colors we liked on the color swatches did not translate well on a full house (in our opinion). All in all, the finished product turned out great! It took 3 days to remove and replace our old siding; they also replaced some rotten board in the gables of our house and added some trim around our garage door, which makes it look much cleaner. There folks are local in Hilliard, which was another reason I was glad to use their services (shop local!). My wife and I are very happy."
