Best Exteriors did an AMAZING job replacing our siding after another company did a poor job installing. Drew came to our home on a Thursday and had an estimate to us by Sunday. The estimate was very detailed and wasn’t vague like other companies had provided. He was very responsive with the few questions we did have. We signed by Monday and his crew was able to begin the install that Tuesday! The crew he had payed attention to ALL the details which was very important to me. They were very polite and respectful to our property. They cleaned up every night and we found very little that needed picked up after they were done.
Drew and the crew worked with us on some tricky trim pieces that had bothered me from the previous install and helped come up with a solution that I’m so happy with!
We are so pleased that we found Drew and his crew! They were so professional, listened to what we wanted, had great knowledge of proper installation of the products, came up with solutions to our problems, were very reasonably priced, and completed our job within a week! I highly recommend Best Exteriors...

We experienced some damage to our 30-year-old roof on 13 March and several people recommended Best Exteriors. I visited the website late Saturday afternoon, filled out the form, and expected to get a call Monday morning. Drew Paetow called about 5 minutes later, and arranged to take a look Sunday morning.

Because of the age of the roof, insurance didn’t play a part. We reviewed the quotation, agreed to have the work done and ...

• On 14 April, the work crew showed up exactly on time.
• Drew stopped by to check on progress.
• The entire process (removal of two layers of shingles, replacing a few bad decking sheets, and installing the new shingles) took six hours.
• Clean-up was complete.

I can see why the BBB ratings and reviews are so good...

We spent nearly a year researching and meeting with every siding company in the area that installs James Hardie siding. This was a major investment for our family, and since we plan to stay in our home long-term, we wanted the right balance of a fair price and top-quality installation.

From the initial conversations all the way through to completion, the experience was excellent. Drew was personable, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. It was clear that both he and the crew genuinely care about their craft and stand behind their work.

Within the first week of completion, at least four people asked us who did our siding—which speaks volumes.

As a bonus, during a separate project, a window and door company rep commented on how impressed he was with the flashing Best Exteriors installed over our windows and doors. He even took photos to show his team as an example of quality work.
