James Hardie siding installations on homes with cedar damaged by woodpeckers, including custom flashing that drew praise from a window and door company rep who photographed it as an example for his team.

Best Exteriors did an AMAZING job replacing our siding after another company did a poor job installing. Drew came to our home on a Thursday and had an estimate to us by Sunday. The estimate was very detailed and wasn’t vague like other companies had provided. He was very responsive with the few questions we did have. We signed by Monday and his crew was able to begin the install that Tuesday! The crew he had payed attention to ALL the details which was very important to me. They were very polite and respectful to our property. They cleaned up every night and we found very little that needed picked up after they were done.
Drew and the crew worked with us on some tricky trim pieces that had bothered me from the previous install and helped come up with a solution that I’m so happy with!
We are so pleased that we found Drew and his crew! They were so professional, listened to what we wanted, had great knowledge of proper installation of the products, came up with solutions to our problems, were very reasonably priced, and completed our job within a week! I highly recommend Best Exteriors!...

After receiving two previous estimates for a complete roof replacement , we met Drew, the owner of Best Roofing and Siding, who was completing work at our neighbor's house. We asked him to give us our third estimate. Drew and his lead installer examined our roof, photographed three areas that were suspect, two of which were presently allowing water into our attic. Neither of the other companies pointed these out.
We went with Best roofing and couldn't be happier with the finished product. The quality of workmanship, trim, installation of a small section of flat roof, and sealing around our chimney, as well as capping two exhaust pipes on the roof, were exceptional. They also connected both our exhaust fans in up stair's bathrooms which were never vented to the outside. Clean-up and other details were handled professionally.
We'd certainly recommend Best Roofing to anyone looking for quality and a competitive price.

We recently had our roof replaced by Best Roofing and Siding. Our experience was smooth from beginning to end! We knew we needed a new roof, but didn't realize that we had significant hail damage from the April storm until Drew came out to look things over. We were pleasantly surprised when we heard we would be covered by our insurance. Drew handled the entire interaction with the adjuster, submitted all the paperwork, and sent them detailed photos afterward to ensure we were paid. The roof itself is amazing! We also have skylights, and Drew worked with Skylights Plus to get them installed along with the roof. The biggest test came right after installation -- we got nearly 3.5 inches of rain within 24 hours, and we saw no leaks or issues of any kind, which we had seen before with heavy rains. We are very pleased with the service and quality provided by Drew and his crew, and we highly recommend Best Roofing and Siding!...

We experienced some damage to our 30-year-old roof on 13 March and several people recommended Best Exteriors. I visited the website late Saturday afternoon, filled out the form, and expected to get a call Monday morning. Drew Paetow called about 5 minutes later, and arranged to take a look Sunday morning.

Because of the age of the roof, insurance didn’t play a part. We reviewed the quotation, agreed to have the work done and ...

• On 14 April, the work crew showed up exactly on time.
• Drew stopped by to check on progress.
• The entire process (removal of two layers of shingles, replacing a few bad decking sheets, and installing the new shingles) took six hours.
• Clean-up was complete.

I can see why the BBB ratings and reviews are so good....
