I called Simple Construction not knowing if I needed a roof repair or a completely new roof. I could not be more impressed or pleased with Mauro Rodriguez (owner) and his crew, from the estimate to the completed Repair job. It might seem petty, but to me, first impressions speak volumes! Mauro showed up on time in a company shirt, drove a clean, well maintained truck, looked me in the eye while shaking my hand and introducing himself. After looking things over, he recommended doing a repair rather than a new roof (my roof is 22 years old). He was able to fit me in the next day while doing several other roof repairs in my area which was very cost effective. He arrived with his crew, quickly did the repair and left my property cleaner than when he arrived. He was great with follow-up, knew my name when I called, truly, his service could not have been better. AND, today, I actually received a THANK YOU note from him in the mail!!!! Now WHO does that?! I highly recommend Mauro and Simple Construction. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely use him come time for a new roof. Since he is also a general contractor, so plan to get estimates for much needed interior painting and new flooring. Kudos to Mauro...
