"In early May of 2025 our home and entire neighborhood experienced a significant hailstorm Within the first few days afterward we were deluged with contractors seeking our business. I was reluctant to sign with anyone until I met the Owner of Good Roofing and Restoration. Their were multiple reasons for me picking his company over so many others. First of all, he always answered my questions on multiple occasions prior to my signing a contract with his company. The owner was thorough and precise in showing me the roofing components that would be placed on my home. I thought that was very important. Its one thing to be told what the components would be but a great deal different to actually see them. That alone brought me piece of mind. After signing and coming to agreement on certain terms the roof replacement and subsequent repair work was completed. Every step of the way the entire process was followed up on by the owner/ operator of Good Roofing. Any concerns that I may have had were promptly addressed and resolved. "Igor and Alex visited my home for a free roof inspection after a major hailstorm. Unlike other roofers they were able to use a drone to get all of the information they needed to be confident my insurance would cover the cost of a full roof replacement. After some research I decided I would trust them with the job. Igor and Alex handled everything with my insurance and as a added bonus my insurance also agreed to pay a large amount to replace my very old and ugly gutters. The job was done fairly quickly as weather allowed and although there was a small issue with some drip edge Igor quickly had it corrected without any fuss. No matter how good you are it is always possible for a problem to arise but what makes a contractor good is when they see the problem and quickly fix it without any stress. I am very happy with my decision. I wish Igor his family and business the best!"

"I contacted Simple Construction because I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage that would only occur during rainstorms. They showed up same day and quickly identified that the issue was not my shingles but a leak under my window due to the house not being wrapped. "Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

I had a vent that was no longer needed from my water heater replacement and it had started leaking into my when it rained. "4-1/2 years ago On Tops Roofing replaced our roof and gutters. Although our roof is complicated, with a lot of gables and steep pitch, the job was completed on time and with no unexpected issues.
