My husband and I were looking for a roofing company to fix our fascia side panel on our home when I saw a yard sign for Good Roofing and Restoration. They had recently done work in my father’s neighborhood so I took a picture of the sign and looked them up. I spoke with Elena and she had Igor contact me to go over what we needed. He also included a free roof inspection. The communication between myself, Elena and Igor was quick and very helpful. They both made me feel comfortable and heard. We discussed fixing our fascia board and installing a new roof. Igor met with us after my husband got off of work and showed us materials and talked us through the whole process. Both projects were finished in less than a week. The crews for both were quick, efficient and the cleanup was amazing. They handled everything. I’m so happy with everything that they did for us. Everyone is amazing. After our work was done, Igor even came over with a lovely gift basket for us. They really care about their customers and I can’t compliment them enough....

I had the pleasure of meeting Igor while he was working in my neighborhood. One day, as I was walking my dogs, we stopped to ask him about his work. He kindly explained the job he was doing and even offered a free inspection of our roof to check for hail damage from the recent storm in Charlotte.

Igor conducted a thorough inspection, took detailed pictures of the damaged areas, and walked me through every detail. He then assisted me with the insurance claim, providing all the necessary information and guiding me through the entire process. When my claim was approved, he took the time to explain every step of the roof replacement so that I could feel fully confident in my decision.

On the day of installation, his team arrived early, took meticulous precautions to protect my home, and worked diligently to complete the job in one day!. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding—not only did they ensure everything was done right, but they also made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the process. After the work was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving my property spotless.

I couldn't be happier with the final result!

I highly recommend Good Roofing & Restoration. Igor and his team are true professionals who genuinely care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients.
Thank you, Igor and team, for your incredible service!...
