Due to the age of our shingle roof (22+ years), our homeowner's insurance company sent us a notice of non-renewal for the following policy year. At that time I got several quotes for a 5V metal roof and Sunshine Roofing's quote was the most comprehensive and competitive.

Since we had quite a bit of time before the renewal, I tabled moving forward until the end of hurricane season. In Mid-November, I reached out to Sunshine to get the ball rolling. They were a month+ out on schedule but I was still in no particular rush and they even accommodated me when I had to push them back from starting due to being out of town unexpectedly.

Once it came time to do the work, they knocked it out. Delivered the dry-in materials on Monday, removed the old shingles, replaced some fascia boards and placed the underlayment on Tuesday, delivered the metal panels (cut on site) on Wednesday, installed the majority of the panels on Thursday and finished up on Friday. Throughout the process, they placed drop cloths to catch debris and made sure to clean up and run magnets for nails/fasteners at the end of each day.

I'm very pleased with how the roof turned out and will be looking to them to do some roof repairs on our old screen room. I highly recommend them...

They are doing the roof replacement in my complex and I am an owner of a Divosta quad condo.  I have nothing but good to say about Cody and his crew.  They get the job done quickly to avoid disruption as much as possible.  Another plus, Cody was available to talk when I had questions concerning the process.  Awesome job!...
