I must admit that at fist I was hesitant to start the process of searching for a roofing contractor, but these guys made it as stress free as possible. From the start, the salesperson Dan put my mind at ease. He was not pushy, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He simplified all the details from material options (shingle or metal) to the extended warranty. Laying out difference in materials, and the pros and cons of each. Cost wise all of the options were very reasonable. John communicated with me each step of the process (from pre-inspection to letting me know when the work was going to start). "After 11 estimates and pricing all over the place I went with All Area Roofing.I spoke with other companies and they spoke highly of the owner a female vet and said she ran a tight ship and was honest. The Group had sent out a proposal that had 60 or more specification requirements which AAR if not the only, was certainly one of the very few contractors that accepted the challenge. "This is our second time using Storm Team for hurricane damage to our roof and going through insurance. Both times Barney was our representative. He was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. From the first inspection to the last, he was always there day and night to answer any questions or concerns we had. As for the roof itself, they did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was done up to code and inspected and they fought for us to get our gutters replaced instead of just reattaching the old ones. The roofers took care around the property to make sure there was no damage to our AC units, pool equipment, screen enclosure and driveway.
