I interviewed many roofing contractors while building my new home in Cape Coral. A roof can be such a critical component to your home so I asked a lot of questions. Stuart won me over when he showed me my best options and explained the process. The fact Prestige doesn’t sub out the work and does it all in house made the decision to go with Prestige roofing easy.  I get many compliments about the new roof and best of all it met my budget which is tough to do these days. Prestige is professional, precise and prompt!

We worked with Stuart Q who provided several quotes for different types of  roofs.  We wanted to know what our options were and the costs associated with each type. Stuart was extremely patient and informative providing pros and cons for each material.  We originally selected a shingle roof and went as far as selecting the color and start date but at the last minute we decided to go with a metal roof.  Stuart was understanding and provided the different options for a metal roof: gauge, best color, design and more.  We further discussed the sofit, vents and gutters to complete the job.  Everything was written and listed.  There were no surprises!  When we needed more information Stuart would call and explain everything in detail.

Stuart is an excellent communicator and extremely prompt with responses.

We live in Brooklyn and our house is in Sarasota.  Stuart sent us progress updates via photos and texts.  My husband flew down to Florida to check on things and was confident about the job and returned prior to completion.

The workers, under supervision of Stuart were courteous, clean and professional.   My neighbors commented on how quick and clean everything was when they were done.   We have a very active HOA and they were happy.

I highly recommend Prestige Roofing for all your roofing needs.   It's hard to find respectable, responsible and reliable companies so be sure to call Prestige if you need any work done.  They were excellent and I would use them again...
