After a thorough inspection, their representative said he thought our roof had quite a bit of damage, and advised us to put a claim in. The same representative came to the house when the insurance inspector came, and walked them through everything they saw. It was great to have someone advocating on our behalf. Sure enough, the insurance company approved a roof replacement. We opted to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof, so that we hopefully don’t end up in the same situation 10 years from now. "We had a very positive experience with this roofer. We had to replace our three-year-old roof due to hail damage. Resolute Roofing did everything they said they would do in the time frame they promised. Our contact, Jacob Summerhill, answered all questions promptly and we had excellent communication with him throughout the project, which included working with our insurer, a public adjuster, and our mortgage company. It was quite a process, but Jacob helped us navigate it. Pricing and payment deadlines were clearly explained and reasonable. The crew completed the roof in one day as promised. They were friendly and cleaned up well. One roofer even went into the retention pond behind our house to remove a piece of the plastic used to protect our house that had blown into the water. They did an excellent job of protecting our AC unit (which we had forgotten to turn off during the tear off as advised) with plywood. We were very pleased and feel they went the extra mile and did a good job."

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

Most of the time they can get all if the replacement covered but mine was so bad that some of it had to be out of pocket, he was very knowledgeable and straight with me about what would be covered and what would not and estimate of how much it would cost me. The team that put the roof in was fast and professional and I even had a limb fall in my roof in the middle of the job but they worked with me to give me time to get that moved so they could finish up, I am in the historical district and everyone who sees it is impressed. "Prestige is professional, precise and prompt! We worked with Stuart Q who provided several quotes for different types of roofs. We wanted to know what our options were and the costs associated with each type. Stuart was extremely patient and informative providing pros and cons for each material. We originally selected a shingle roof and went as far as selecting the color and start date but at the last minute we decided to go with a metal roof. Stuart was understanding and provided the different options for a metal roof: gauge, best color, design and more. We further discussed the sofit, vents and gutters to complete the job. Everything was written and listed. There were no surprises! When we needed more information Stuart would call and explain everything in detail. Stuart is an excellent communicator and extremely prompt with responses. We live in Brooklyn and our house is in Sarasota. Stuart sent us progress updates via photos and texts. "Over the past 9 years I used the original roofer for any tile issues after storms. Recently, however, I asked a couple of folks for recommendations and I contacted Prestige Roofing Company to conduct an inspection and any needed repairs. I've got to say that I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the entire process. When the inspection was conducted, the entire process was filmed, and the inspector went through the video with me. Loose and slipped tiles were identified and other small areas (cracks in cement) that required attention. I could also tell from the video that my roof needed cleaning!!!! He answered all of my questions and about 24 hours later a very detailed inspection report, with photos, arrived in my email inbox with a very reasonable quote for repairs. The next step was to accept the quote and schedule the work. After the work was completed, I received an updated roof report (no kidding - about 30+ pages) showing the areas requiring work and the completed work.
