My name is Justin, I'm the pastor at Knotty Oak Baptist Church in Coventry. We just had practically a full roof replacement and some steeple work done and hammerhead was great through the whole process. Explained everything. Pictures of what need to be done? What they were going to do constant communication throughout the whole process. When they finally got to the job site they were quick efficient again. Communicated what they were going to do when they were going to leave. The whole process was seamless. I recommend hammerhead for whatever job you need, whether big or small...

Hammerhead Roofing was great to work with. We were approached by a different company after a major hail storm and had a terrible experience. I was hesitant when I contacted Hammerhead to go through them instead, but my salesman Shawn was AMAZING. He came out immediately, went over everything with me, and made me feel way more confident and comfortable. No only was I able to get a new roof on my home and garage, I was able to get new skylights, too.

There was a delay because of the skylights. A rep called me to explain the ones I wanted weren’t in stock but there were other options. He was patient with me and answered so many questions to ensure I understood the difference between what they had available before I agreed to anything.

The roofing crew was amazing as well. Sam was nice to work with and extremely considerate. The day after the job was done, he came back out in the pouring rain to make sure no nails were left behind after the snow melted.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and Hammerhead exceeded all my expectations. My insurance company even said to me when I closed out my claim that I got a really good deal...

Great company, excellent staff, and high-quality workmanship. I contacted Hammerhead Roofing and spoke with Shawn about replacing my garage roof. Within a few days, I received a detailed estimate that clearly outlined all costs upfront, along with a comprehensive package that included photos of areas of concern and an explanation of how the work would be completed.
A few weeks later, Diana called to schedule the project. Sam, the Operations Manager, contacted me the day before to confirm everything was set on my end and followed up again before the crew arrived.
The roofing crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire team was professional, communicative, and attentive throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way, completed the work on time, and ensured it was done correctly.
I highly recommend Hammerhead Roofing to anyone looking for a professional company that delivers quality work, follows through on its commitments, and provides excellent customer service...

Awesome company. Great price for my TPO roof. Knocked out an 11.5 ft x 16ft TPO full install in a few hours. This company has great communication which is rare. They explained in detail all that they will do and did once finished. They cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company over the the ones listed on Google. This was the easiest to work with and I got several quotes...
