Hammerhead Roofing was great to work with. We were approached by a different company after a major hail storm and had a terrible experience. I was hesitant when I contacted Hammerhead to go through them instead, but my salesman Shawn was AMAZING. He came out immediately, went over everything with me, and made me feel way more confident and comfortable. No only was I able to get a new roof on my home and garage, I was able to get new skylights, too.

There was a delay because of the skylights. A rep called me to explain the ones I wanted weren’t in stock but there were other options. He was patient with me and answered so many questions to ensure I understood the difference between what they had available before I agreed to anything.

The roofing crew was amazing as well. Sam was nice to work with and extremely considerate. The day after the job was done, he came back out in the pouring rain to make sure no nails were left behind after the snow melted.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and Hammerhead exceeded all my expectations. My insurance company even said to me when I closed out my claim that I got a really good deal...

After meeting with other roofing companies, one who was doing or did 3 other roofs in our neighborhood we spoke with Shawn from Hammer Head roofing and felt his knowledge, professionalism and no pressure sales talk was a stand out from the others. He listened to our concerns and addressed them with knowledge and  was well versed on every detail of the process.
He was the only one who looked at our attic to see if there was proper ventilation. He also told us after inspecting our roof that there was no immediate need for a new one which we liked because he wasn’t trying to sell us something we didn’t need. We chose to put on a new roof because it was 25 years old and before the prices increased.
Going from Shawn to the actual job was seamless, the communication when setting up the work
was top notch. Any and all questions were answered in a timely manner.
The Forman Thomas was excellent and easy to work with, he made sure the workmanship was on point. He was a pleasure to deal with.
The roof is everything we hoped for and the quality was excellent. They were respectful of our property, cautious of our landscaping and meticulous during and after the job.
From start to finish they were professional, respectful, communicative and a pleasure to work with...

The work crew showed up at 8am and had completed the work by 2pm, which included replacing damaged plywood, reflashing my chimney and a thorough cleanup of my yard. Pete, Sam, and the entire team at HammerHead Roofing did an outstanding job on our home and garage! Working with Shawn in the beginning was super easy as he provided a clear, knowledgeable assessment without making us feel pressured at all. They worked around our schedule and even pushed through cold weather to complete a quick, clean installation of new shingles on both our house and garage. They also installed our skylight and added new gutters, all of which came out perfect. The crew was professional, efficient, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was done.
