"I had my roof done 5 months ago and it’s been holding up extremely well!! I have so much great things to say but my review will turn into a book. lol. No issues, no surprises, and it still looks great. The shingle color hasn’t faded at all. From day one, the level of professionalism was impressive. The team was organized, on time, and kept everything clean and well coordinated throughout the project. There was a team on the roof, a team constantly cleaning up hazards, and a supervisor watching it all from across the street with eyes on both teams making sure they were working efficiently and clean. Communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect. I really liked the progress photos. I received photos of the roof before installation, photos showing all the shingles being peeled off, and after photos. They were very transparent. At no point did I have to wonder if they cut corners. If plans needed to be changed installation would halt and Charles would reach out to me for my feedback before proceeding. They were so professional and organized that my neighbors all complimented them after they left. What really set them apart was the follow-up. They actually checked back in after the job was completed to make sure everything was still holding up. Most companies disappear the second payment clears, but not this one. That kind of accountability shows they truly stand behind their work and actually care about long term quality not just an “Good luck wave” after installation day. They started at 7am and was finished by 2pm same day. No layovers, no bare roof for weeks just overall professional. They even moved the patio furniture and put it back. Special shout out to Charles for being so professional and easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth and extremely stress free. Everyone who talks about roof work or siding I always mention Charles at Pro Exteriors. After spending a few weeks getting quotes and meeting contractors I realized it’s rare to find a contractor with a solid team, strong organization, and genuine integrity. "We had the best experience With Robert and his employees. His communication is 100%. Everything from the first phone call to the end of the roof project was seamless! They did such a great job. I was worried about nails on the ground. That didn't happen at all. As soon as they began this project they put tarps down everywhere. They had a crew cleaning constantly while they had a different crew on the roof. I had two new skylights installed at the same time. Our home is fairly large with a good size shed. They started in the morning and it was completed by the end of the day. You won't be sorry if you hire Robert. He is so honest!! I love dealing with him. "A tree crashed through the roof of our garage! It was destroyed. Manny, his crew and his office staff were so professional, efficient and polite. They kept in touch with us in every aspect of the job. They even did all the preliminary work of negotiating with our insurance to make sure we would have the insurance money available to fix the damage to our satisfaction. They performed the work quickly, neatly and thoroughly, taking care to make sure everything was done to a tee! After constructing the new roof, they removed debris, painted where necessary, checked and adjusted the garage doors and made sure the garage was in good working order. "The initial inspection of my roof was more thorough than of the other contractors who inspected it. Before leaving, Manny explained all the problems he noted and how he would address them. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate. Installation took place on the date and time as scheduled. The workers were neat, courteous and professional. They answered questions asked and completed the job in one day. They left my property as they had found it...neat and clean. All that was set out in the written estimate was completed as described. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. "After meeting with other roofing companies, one who was doing or did 3 other roofs in our neighborhood we spoke with Shawn from Hammer Head roofing and felt his knowledge, professionalism and no pressure sales talk was a stand out from the others. Their quote wasn't the highest or lowest but definitely competitive and right around the average of what I was getting back from others. Shawn who came out to my property to quote it was very thorough and explained things in an extremely detailed/simplified manor. It was really Shawn's attention to detail while reviewing the house that ultimately made me comfortable choosing HammerHead. The crew that came out to do the chimney rebuild and roof work were great. "I had a Fed Ex truck back into the overhang above my garage door and damage my vinyl siding and metal corner bead, I called Above Brothers construction and Alex responded promptly and came out within a day and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to other ones I had received so I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed and within a day or two Danny I think his name was came out and did the great repair in a couple of hours and even went over my driveway with a magnet to make sure he didn't miss any nails he may have dropped, all in all a job well done, and after reading all these fantastic roofing reviews and my vinyl siding repair experience I asked Alex to give me a new roof estimate which I received back within a day so stay tuned for that review."
