I thought the men were professional in doing there job.. My only complaint was the charge of $285 just to change inside of tank parts. It would’ve been nice to deduct the $79 diagnostic upfront charge from the 285 which would’ve made the price more reasonable. Other than that I had no complaints...

Davy came to my aid very shortly after I was placed on standby because of a very busy schedule for that day. I'd anticipated being seen the next day and instead was seen two hours after my initial scheduling call. Services were explained effectively, the diagnostic visit resolved the issue and my services were restored with no issue. A recommendation of a possible part purchase was made but not necessary at the time. I'm grateful for the down to earth conversation with the service specialist.
