Davy came to my aid very shortly after I was placed on standby because of a very busy schedule for that day. I'd anticipated being seen the next day and instead was seen two hours after my initial scheduling call.
Services were explained effectively, the diagnostic visit resolved the issue and my services were restored with no issue. A recommendation of a possible part purchase was made but not necessary at the time. I'm grateful for the down to earth conversation with the service specialist. I appreciated the chance to take the information they provided me back for a few days to make my own decision on my own time.
