„Stephanie Glaspell says: Update- 4/1/24--I just wanted to get on here and provide an update on the great service I continue to get from Grogg's. They installed a new furnace for me a little over a month ago but they have been back over the last 2 weeks for duct work cleaning and a comfort care maintenance visit. I have two furnace and air conditioning systems in my home and duct work that goes along with each system. On 3/22/24, Andrew and Mike came out for the duct cleaning of the lower level of my house. (1st floor and basement). They were both professional and friendly and didn't mind my dogs bothering them from time to time. Both guys were great and explained everything along the way. On 3/29/24, Mike and Tyson did the duct cleaning for my 2nd floor and attic. (Separate systems). Again, the guys were friendly, professional, moved furniture when needed, and answered my questions. Today, 4/1/24, Shawn came out for my Comfort Care visit and checked all the systems (furnace and air conditioning), changed filters, cleaned outside units, checked pressures and more. Again, the tech, Shawn, was friendly, professional and provided great service. I love that I can always depend on Grogg's and their technicians to always provide gold standard level work and great customer service. I never have to worry about my heating and air conditioning systems because they are installed and maintained by Grogg's. They are the best! Jacob Bonnell and Rylan Hamilton removed my 22 year old furnace and installed my new 98% efficient Modulating furnace, Aprillaire Whole Home humidifier, Digital WiFi Programmable Thermostat, CO monitor, Halo Led Air purifier, surge protectors....basically all the things to bring my old heating system up to date and energy efficient. I am so happy with their work. The systems are working perfectly and are so quiet. They kept me informed all throughout the day of what they were doing and were very courteous to me (and my dogs). They cleaned up after themselves. You can't even tell they did all that work in my basement. Jacob stayed to go over everything with me, gave me maintenance tips, and answered my many, many questions. He was patient and friendly throughout the entire day. They both were. Leroy, the sales guy was also wonderful to work with. He went through all my options, answered all my questions and helped me pick a system that worked best for my home and finances. Grogg's you hit it out the park once again! You all delivered the quality, care and service I have come to depend on over the years! Great job Jacob, Rylan and Leroy.
