Removed and replaced the aluminum fascia, cutters and downspouts of the front of the home. I dealt with Barry III. Very professional and knowledgeable. Happy to be initially giving me information about a new roof and a quote. He arrived on time. He asked me what I needed and he went to work. He flew a drone over my house and it allowed him to inspect the roof and visually show me an aerial view of my home and roof along with any concerns or possible issues. We talked in detail about my concerns of the chimney and water. He retreated to his truck where he downloaded the film, spoke with his father, worked up a quote and provided me a complete printed quote including photos within a short time frame. We discussed shingle brand, shingle composition and warranty, labor warranty. While Saints was not the lowest estimate (I got 6) it was in our opinion, the BEST quote for us. They were even able to slightly reduce the price when I explained my budget constraints. The shingles have a 50 year warranty and the labor has a 25 year warranty. If for some reason Saint is not available for any warranty work, the shingle company, GAF, will step in and honor the warranties. The day before, the shingles and other materials were delivered. The driver was such a nice guy. Asked me where I wanted them placed and took his time, ensuring it was done properly. Installation day the team arrived at 7:15am and promptly exited their vehicle at 7:29am and went immediately to work. They had the roof completely off and exposed before 9:30am. Barry stayed for quite some time to be available for his team. He would ask me periodically if I had any questions or concerns and he relayed them to the crew boss Segundo. All of the laborers are very respectful, very knowledgeable and hardworking. My thoughts and concerns were considered thoroughly. The new vents and roof were applied and they reattached my lightening rods. Any concerns I had were immediately remedied to my satisfaction. Clean up was complete and without incident. I also spoke with Dean a few times in the office and he was friendly and professional. I got an email from Ruth at the completion of the job. Very easy to deal with this team! We are very satisfied from beginning to end with our experience with Saint Roofing. We highly recommend them...“ Show more
