From the booking Experience with Blake, the installation experience with Jim, Moises, and the crew, to the customer experience pop in to check on the work from Ashley, EVERY experience with Mr. Roofer has been phenomenal.
Blake left no stone unturned when explaining the process including being incredibly real and transparent about the potential added cost if rotted lumber was found after removal. Her transparency allowed me to plan for the potential extra cost instead of stress about it.
Moises and his crew worked tirelessly to complete the tear down and install on my fairly large house in one day. I also appreciate the mindful breaks I could tell they took as well. It seemed like a great balance of maximum effort and health consciousness. The roof itself is phenomenal. It looks so good. But, I REALLY want to brag on the clean up crew. They left every portion of my parents property that they came into contact with significantly better than it was before. I was impressed with and so grateful for the level of detail and care they took with our home.
Jim was kind and took the time to explain where the crew was in the process and any additional steps that they needed to take. He patiently answered all my questions and added insight so I learned more about how to take care of my roof and gutters as well.
Ashley, much like Blake, was an absolute ray of sunshine on the day. She was so conversational but also knowledgeable during our conversation. I never doubted i was talking to an absolute professional but also knew I was talkong with just a really cool and quirky person too. She could put everyone from a grandma to a jaded millennial like me at ease. I also want to note how much she and everyone really cares about the safety and well being of the work crew. I know any of them would go to bat for their people. Which to me speaks volumes about the character of the company.
All in all, I woupd suggest Mr. Roofer to everyone. Amazing cost for the quality. I wish wish there were more divisions.. maybe Dr Decking or Madame Masonry? We need more like them in the construction industry...
