I live in the Wauwatosa area and am having my roof replaced on a 2 Bed - 1 Bath house (my first house and first roof purchase). Russ and Four Leaf Roofing were the easiest decision to go with. I had multiple company’s/contractors come out and bid really high prices and a bunch of add ons for fees, but Russ came out and gave an in depth comprehensive explanation from my attic on what I needed for the job and how to keep it in a reasonable budget. Their bid was the most competitive and they were super easy going - not hunting down a contract or downpayment like others. They actually ended up finding an issue with my chimney and helped refer me to a reputable mason to repair that and schedule alongside. These are the people you want working on your house! Very transparent and easy to work with on a big purchase...

Joe, the owner of Four Leaf,  is awesome. He’s friendly and a great communicator.  The price was reasonable. He is very responsive! Two separate times on an all day really rainy Wednesday I called him to come to my rescue. A leak in a bedroom ceiling that we were aware of and then later that same day,  a really big unknown leak in the kitchen ceiling. And he and a coworker came out twice in the rain to tarp the roof to stop the rain that was coming in our house from our leaky roof. That worked perfect. No leaks while waiting for our roofing date. Thanks again!
The crews that came and did the roof and gutters were very polite and on time. They did an awesome job and cleaned up very well. My seamless gutters were made on the spot with a machine that felt like magic! My long gutters were coming out of a normal length work van that felt like a Mary Poppins bag. And best part about the gutters is that they have hinges! So no need to remove the bottom parts to mow, just flip them up! Our new roof and gutters on our house and shed look beautiful. We choose CertainTeed Espresso shingles. Looks like coffee;) We are very happy with Four Leaf.

I cant say enough good things about Four Leaf Roofing and its owner Joseph O'Brien. My 30 year old roof finally sprang a leak after the last storm. I got a couple quotes from other local roofing companies that couldnt guarantee a date when work would commence, in addition to incredibly expensive quotes! And appointments were difficult to make in a timely manner with them. Terrible customer service. The last company on my list was Four Leaf. I contacted them explaining my roof couldn't take another storm. The owner Joe, contacted me that day & within days was over looking at my roof. Immediately I felt confident he wanted to help me out. I gave him some Flex Seal and he was happy to put it around the leaks as a temporary patch until I chose a company.  As he left, he promised, that if I went with Four Leaf, he would have a crew out within a month, by the end of May by the latest. I received a quote within an hour of Joe leaving my house. To my surprise it was quite a lot lower than the other companies. I went with Four Leaf immediately.  Within TWO weeks the roofing materials were delivered to my home and the following day the crew was replacing the roof. Four Leaf got to me TWO WEEKS earlier than promised and before the next storm which happened to be coming through mere hours after the roof was replaced!  Several days after the roof was done the Four Leaf office made an appointment with me for Joe the owner to stop by. He follows up in person with the customer to make sure they're completely satisfied.  Which I was!  The contract, appointments, payments made, were all confirmed by email in a timely manner. Great communication with the customer. So, if you're looking for an honest business owner that runs a company based on great workmanship and great prices with hard working employees look no further than Four Leaf Roofing & Windows owned by Joseph O'Brien.
