Erik came out for an estimate and was very informative & straightforward with the pricing and what rebates I would qualify for. He & his crew were exactly on time when it came time for the install of our furnace & central air units. Everything was done as he said it would be and they cleaned up nicely (and got the old units picked up before they were even done with the install). I was informed on how to operate the new system. Erik and his associate (whose name I didn't catch, I'm so sorry!) are absolutely *excellent*! I'm so happy I was able to get their help in a pinch to fix my furnace that broke in below zero temperatures. I initially called after midnight, and Erik was understanding and patient with me despite the late hour. I ultimately waited until normal business hours for the repairs. Erik kept me up to date on his ETA, and was incredibly kind and professional. Despite their busy schedule in this nasty weather (before Christmas!), Erik was patient and answered all of my questions.
