Energy Masters

This review is long-overdue. I had Jim/Energy Masters replace the roof of a ranch-style home I bought in March 2022 that needed to be repaired or replaced immediately in order to retain home insurance. Jim worked quickly in both scheduling us (with continuing great communication), and completing the job. Energy Masters fully replaced the roof in one day. (And came back a different day to replace the gutters.) Our neighbors commented on how "great a job" they did. The workers also did an excellent job with cleanup -- I didn't find any nails on the lawn afterward. Jim knows his 'house science,' and will speak to you honestly and enthusiastically about it. (Seriously, read some of the blogs on their website, or watch the videos posted on FB.) I'm pleased with my new (well, now, 2-yr old) roof, and also love the extra venting (including a cool turbine, aka "whirlybird" vent) that was added. Thanks Jim, and crew! Had a great consultation with Jim to assess some gutter and roof concerns. Was able to review the whole house situation and talk through multiple options. Going to save thousands recommended by other contractors that were really not needed for the issue at hand. Would highly recommend having Jim assess your roofing and gutter concerns...

Jim and Kennedy and their crew have done excellent work for us! Their company may not be the least expensive (due to past experience with Energy Masters, we didn't even get another estimate), but I felt we paid a fair price for very thorough, high quality work that will last for years. UPDATE: We had a small problem develop with our gutter guards, due to finer particulate from our trees than anticipated. Kennedy came out and replaced nearly all of it with an upgraded product! I'm very impressed with how EnergyMasters stands behind their work...

Had quotes from 3 companies, one of which was Energy Masters. The owner Jim was the only human I spoke with and the other estimates were crazy insane pricing! Showed one to Jim and he got mad because they wanted to put tar (or something like that) on my extension roof which I guess is only supposed to be for commercial use PLUS I told them that the extension did NOT need any work on it. I was strictly looking for shingles on the main house. So, of course I went with Energy Masters who had not only the best price but pointed out what I did and did not need. The more I got to know him the more I knew I made the right choice before he even did the work. The day of the work Kennedy and Jim stopped by and the crew was amazing! My roof is simply stunning and I will be using them for future work on Windows and other services they offer...
