I'm normally skeptical when "storm chasers" come to my door after a weather event. But I'm grateful I opened my door for Dan Thelan and Total Exteriors. My insurance company claim included complete repairs to my siding, roof, and gutters--a huge job. From the beginning to the end of the process, Dan kept me updated with quick, thorough and informed responses to all my questions. He was available to my schedule and took time to walk me through all decisions. And he is the kindest most pleasant, non-pressure sales rep I have ever met. Jessica Lankford kept my project updates, logistics, and insurance claim processes moving smoothly -- she took time to call, check on my satisfaction or concerns, and was extremely efficient and kind in addressing any detail. And the bonus for me was that the Total Exteriors bid was considerably more reasonably priced than the other companies repairing my neighbors' properties. One of them actually asked for a copy of my bid to show their contractor and get a better deal. Needless to say, Total Exteriors stands out above other companies in service, price, and most of all its people...

Hello jason I just wanted to share my experience with Noah. He is such an asset to your company. His Customer Service follow-through knowledge is over the top and I thought you should be aware of it. I’m in a service business also and when I see someone go the extra mile and above For Customer Service to me that really shows his dedication and devotion to your company most people call to complain. I just wanted to add. I am so impressed with his performance. I’m scheduled to have my Gutters installed one day next week and I’m looking forward to it. my name is Barbara Youngs. We had storm damage and I wanted to go with someone local. Adam came out same day to check out our roof he did not constantly call or text blowing us up he was respectful of our time and let us choose what we wanted to do. Adam was very easy to work with extremely knowledgeable about the roofing and gave a lot of good information. Then it came to ordering the product and paying we worked with Kati who was beyond pleasant and friendly helping us she was always available for anything I needed. Then after that we started working with Ritchie who was in charge of the job and he was so great to work with extremely friendly and talked me through every step and the men that were installing I cannot compliment them enough they picked up everything after themselves went the extra mile due to having multiple dogs with cleaning and even went the extra step and took a photo of how my Plants were arranged to put them back the exact same. That is amazing customer service! I can’t say enough great things about this company they were so great to work with. This all happened within a month from start to finish that is pretty quick...
