Communication was a little spotty from the leads. I like a little update every now and then if waiting on something. If a question was asked they did respond quickly and were willing to find out anything they didnt know the answers to.  They were very professional and the crew was fantastic. The craftsmanship and cleanliness was impeccable. I am very happy with my choice...

After the multiple storms, including wind and hail in 2023, we became acquainted with Jason Pankhurst of Total Exteriors, through a referral from my son.  Every step of our process, negotiating with our insurance company and adjuster, the various phases of complete exterior restoration of 5 buildings, problematic features of our buildings, small issues, declarations of assurance, helpful, efficient and caring touches, we were not disappointed. Every level of professionalism gave us new opportunities to be grateful and confident in our "Total Exteriors" Family. We consider their personal care of us and to us as evidence of business acumen producing a level of excellence uncommon in our contemporary era. Working with Kaylynn on an estimate was as easy and clear as you can get! I asked for multiple types of estimates and she was incredibly transparent on all pricing and financing options. Her responsiveness was more than prompt, which I very much appreciated. Overall a fantastic experience, great customer service, and some of the best pricing on gutters that I have seen...

Hello jason I just wanted to share my experience with Noah. He is such an asset to your company. His Customer Service follow-through knowledge is over the top and I thought you should be aware of it. I’m in a service business also and when I see someone go the extra mile and above For Customer Service to me that really shows his dedication and devotion to your company most people call to complain.
