American Quality Homes replaced my roof for me this June, and I could not be happier with the results! When the sales team came over to provide an estimate, I was amazed at how thorough they were. They inspected every inch of the attic, looking for any potential issues that might need to be fixed. They also gave me a great explanation of why they use the type of shingles that they use. They use a brand called Malarkey, that is a professional grade shingle that you won’t find at the big box stores. The shingles were a little more expensive, but they had a 50 year guarantee if installed by AQH’s team, and the Malarkey Vista shingles that I went with, had a class 4 impact rating for hail, and a lot of features that made them worth a little extra cost. The sales team even took the sample shingles up on my roof, so I could see how they would look up there= with the sunlight bouncing off of them.

The biggest selling feature for me, was that American Quality Homes takes care of everything for you. They get all the necessary permits, and coordinate with other professionals when needed. I had a chimney that had some issues, and they were able to coordinate with a heating and cooling company to replace that, the same day that they did the shingles. I was so relieved to not have to try to coordinate schedules with multiple companies on my own. AQH also noticed a gutter that had been squashed by a tree branch, that besides being unsightly, had a broken bracket. I had been told it could not be fixed, but AQH was able to take care of that for me too!

The crew that came to install the shingles was SO hard working. Even though my roof was a little bigger than average, they did the entire roof including replacing the chimney in 1 day. They were polite and very helpful when I had to take my dogs out during the process, to help us get through the debris safely. It was amazing how quickly they got things done, and how great it looked, when everything was finished. The crew spent a long time cleaning up the yard after they were done. So often, it seems like when you have work done on your house, there will be cigarette butts and garbage that you have to pick up all over the yard. Not with this crew! They were very meticulous, and went through all of the plants around my house  and the grass with magnets, trying to find any stray nails or debris.

Even though the crew was very meticulous, the project manager and sales team came over a couple days after the project, and went searching for nails ONE more time, just to be safe! I highly recommend this team, and I love my new "antique brown" roof, chimney, and gutter! :o)...

We had a wonderful experience with American Quality Homes roof and gutter installation. The crew did an amazing job with the roof. It was all completed in one day, and they did a great job with the clean up.  The gutters were installed on a different day, and we were just as impressed with that install! Everything looks so good! I would highly recommend American Quality Homes to anyone!...

What you get is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive . You get a first class company that answers all your questions before, during and after the job. In my opinion their marleky roof products
are the best in the industry. They go above and beyond in all aspects. Sales , service, and customer support. Call Chris Hansen today you won’t be disappointed...
