The crew was amazing and did an incredible job of installing my LP Smart Siding. There was a couple of hiccups (one being my fault) but Don was quick to resolve the issues. I am looking forward to having more work done on my house with Riedl and Son. I highly recommend these guys!!

The actual work that was done was really good, they were professional and got the job done in one day. They seemed to be very thorough and put a lot of thought into the work. The only reason I took off one star was because I got my quote in September of 2024 and was told they would do the job in October and they didn’t get back to me until March 2025 even though I reached out multiple times prior. I am happy with how the job was done though and with the work of the person who came to my house.

Edit: I changed my review to five stars as the company reached out to me to apologize for the delay and explain the situation behind it, I really appreciated the accountability and therefore updated my review from 4 stars to 5...

It’s great to have a roofing company like Riedl and Son Exterior Specialists that are willing to fix past roofers mistakes. We have 2 properties that they repaired that weren’t that old. They are professional, skillful, personable, and reasonable. They are very honest and upfront with what they can and cannot do. Besides the repairs, they willingly installed a decorative gable in the peak! They also put a new roof on a birdhouse that they noticed needed one! Try to beat that🤣🤣! We highly recommend. Thank you to all at Riedl and Son Exterior Specialists. You are the best in the business...
