No body is perfect but how you handle issues is paramount.
We had a raised ridge metal roof installed on a half log sided home with new gutters, gutter toppers, and ice bars. Multiple roofs and pitches.
Here are my thoughts.
1. Finished product is professional looking and is performing as intended through the winter.
2. Some issues with some flashing quality during install was pointed out by me to them.  These issues were “immediately” corrected with apology.  I would like to note I was monitoring so I noticed these issues “before” the lead had a chance
To inspect the installers work.  I assume he would have seen them.
3. Really the only critique I have is communication could have been better, but like a said, no one is perfect on a large project like this.
Overall I would definitely use them again for my roofing needs...

The entire roof hail damage repair process was smooth.  Unlike several storm chaser companies we dealt with, Riedl and Sons is local, professional, and gave us a detailed quote of all products used.  They are Owens Corning certified and follow Owens Corning standards which gave us the extended warranty that was important to us.
Max was the first in-person contact we had with Reidl.  He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our shingle color.  First impressions are important.
The day of the roof replacement, Dan's crew was on time and got right to work.  They covered and protected our extensive flower landscaping and cleanup was thorough.  We had a sunrotted downspout extension that needed replacing.  During the work, it broke off.  Dan went to the local hardware store and replaced it, even after we said it wasn't Reidl's problem.
We are pleased with the work done - professional, well done, and reasonably priced.  Communication was courteous and prompt - no question was "stupid" or unimportant.  They also handled the insurance side of the repair and made our unexpected hail damage roof repair a little less stressful.  We have recommended Reidl and Sons to others...

Max, my sales consultant was great from the beginning. He came out and we talked how my gutters would be laid out, he help me pick out my gutter color, knowledgeable and answered every question and also showed me a computer generated picture of my home with the gutters on the home.  2 weeks later, my gutters were installed and I love them.  Don’t be afraid of the color black for your color….stunning...
