Our deck is stunning - turned out better than I imagined it would! Our house was designed by architect Herb Delavie, so designing and building a deck was not a straightforward project. Not only were the Riedl staff fantastic partners in design - they turned my imagination into reality! - but also kind, personable craftsmen. When we faced roadblocks, we worked together to find creative solutions - AND they finished on time. They are an incredible team! I adore our deck and found that I now love our backyard!...

We recently worked with Riedl and Son to replace the roof, fascia, soffit, gutters, and siding on our home.  One of the main reasons we chose to work with Riedl and Son was the quality of the materials they presented as options.  We were very particular about color and were able to find exactly what we wanted to help restore our 125 year old house to its former appearance.  From the beginning, it was clear to us that all of the employees at Riedl and Son take their jobs very seriously, and truly desire to perform excellent work for their customers.  In particular, I would like to point out Nick (roof) and Brandon (siding, fasica, soffit, gutters) who always communicated to us about the project status, immediately brought to us any questions, and most of all, were extremely good listeners to our comments and requests.  They were top notch leaders of their work crews and were excellent to work with.  Everyone on the work crews were always polite, courteous, and professional.  We had a few small punch list items to wrap up the projects and Tyler was very timely in attending to the tasks and was also very professional.  We are very pleased with the outcome of our project, and we thank Riedl and Son for helping to make it happen...

No body is perfect but how you handle issues is paramount.
We had a raised ridge metal roof installed on a half log sided home with new gutters, gutter toppers, and ice bars. Multiple roofs and pitches.
Here are my thoughts.
1. Finished product is professional looking and is performing as intended through the winter.
2. Some issues with some flashing quality during install was pointed out by me to them.  These issues were “immediately” corrected with apology.  I would like to note I was monitoring so I noticed these issues “before” the lead had a chance
To inspect the installers work.  I assume he would have seen them.
3. Really the only critique I have is communication could have been better, but like a said, no one is perfect on a large project like this.
Overall I would definitely use them again for my roofing needs...

Wonderful company to work with! I highly recommend them. They helped navigate the insurance process, kept the project moving in a timely manner, and communicated well throughout the entire experience. Everyone was kind, professional, and made sure the job was completed correctly and efficiently.

The crew did an excellent job and the cleanup was outstanding—you wouldn't have even known they were there, except for the beautiful new roof! We are extremely happy with the quality of work and overall experience. Thank you for making the process so easy and stress-free...
